Starbucks

This is your standard Starbucks with excellent service. Good enough coffee and a wide selection of bites to eat, baked goods, maybe ham and cheese croissant. The location is great, with easy access to the turnpike, it's actually the only place to get a Starbucks if you are driving on the turnpike. I always feel like I'm walking into a friend's place. The employees make it a point to learn my name and my drink preferences. I feel like they sincerely care when they ask how I'm doing since they call me by name. The few times I've had a drink incorrectly made, it was someone who was new and didn't know the drink codes on the cup. I would simply explain what it meant and they would immediately remake it. Wonderful staff.

Made a diabetic frozen coffee , it was so yummy, girls were so positive, helped me with pleasure.

I did an mobile order while I was driving. I’m not from the area so I didn’t know that there are two Starbucks not far from each other.

Long story short went to the wrong one and the girl who was working today was so sweet and said she would remake them for me. She had them done I under 3 minutes! What a sweet girl! Thank you whoever you are. Keep your sweet smile :)

I work next to this Starbucks. The people there are awesome, hard workers and always a joy to talk with while waiting for my drink.

True to brand, very friendly staff, lots of seats and large patio.

I love this spot. It's never too busy and honestly I hop in here instead of going through the line at the one right around the corner. I can walk in the mall, get served and be out by the time the line would've moved 😅
Everyone is friendly and real chill. Drinks are ALLways on point!

i went through the drive thru today, and Matt was at the window and he was the sweetest human being ever. he noticed α problem and fixed before we even had even noticed. he was really sweet and he made my day!

I frequent here now. The girls there are awesome ! I always ordered a machiato cloud but was informed they no longer sell them. And the girl behind the counter made something very close to it amd has since been my favorite place to visit in the mall every time I go there which is often ! ^_^

Most excellent service! The gentleman that served us today fixed a drink that was botched by the downtown Starbucks location. So polite, friendly, and made the best coffee for us ever! Thank you, sir, for being amazing at your job!

Those 2 gentlemen up there today were amazing. Very friendly and polite helpful too since I dont really go to Starbucks alot I was asking questions and they just responded accordingly. Perfect customer service skills. They should get raises or/and bonuses because I've been to a couple different Starbucks and the workers are usually nasty , rude , and unhelpful. That's really why I dont go there but i will be going back to this one!!

I have been going there for so long, I just feel like it's my hangout. The manager Melanie and her help are always friendly. Always something new to try also.

They understand that I have an anxiety disorder and that it makes it harder for me to order. They were very friendly and helped me choose a drink that was right for me. Very kind employees. :)

Typical Starbucks. Good service. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. Even though every table has a "Temporarily Closed" sign, one of staff said I could sit anywhere.

Not busy so it was very fast. Nice personnel. They still have to add the cream and sugar to your coffee.

This place gives me life. Not only is it amazing but one of your employees "Chase" was so sweet and very helpful the last time I came in. I'm most definitely going to start coming to this location for now on.
