Soleil Bakery at Shady Oaks

It was my first time in and the worker was super sweet. I told her that I loved Chelsea coffee and she knew what coffee place I was talking about. I told her I was hesitant on getting a coffee because I'm picky. Not too sweet not to tart, she made something accordingly and made it perfectly. Just the right amount of both. You get good service and good products and is cheaper than Starbucks or Dunkin. Definitely give it a shot. They have tea, coffee, cakes, dog treats, and more I just wish they were open on Saturdays haha :)

Very great quality bakery items. Love the vegan and dairy free options that they offer! Lactose free ❤ Definitely my new to go place. Coffee was good too! Can’t wait to taste the birthday cake I ordered.

Absolutely delicious! Tried the brusque cheese cake and it was absolutely the best cheesecake I’ve ever had! Not too overly sweet and creamy! Support your local mom and pop shops they really are better than your Duncan Hines and other standard corporate brands.

Just walking in here you're smacked with all the yummy scents and pleasantly overwhelmed by the choices. I wanted everything!! Decided on a pumpkin whoopie pie and iced latte... such a good treat!! And the lovely woman at the counter helped me choose and made my drink just perfect. I kinda just stumbled in here today and I'm so glad I did!! 😋

We were served by a lovely lady who so kindly showed us all the keto options and took her time with us. The cafe itself was very clean and bright with a cute atmosphere. 😄

Always a great experience! Yesterday we had a spinach mozzarella roll and it was so great I plan on getting that the next time I go. It was moist and flavorful! We've had other sweet bakery items and always leave with a smile on our faces.

People. Run, don't walk, then gather your composure and walk in looking like a sane person to this amazing little bakery! We happened upon it by happenstance and, seeing it was GF and had a selection of keto goodies, had to try it. Not disappointed! They were open on a Saturday, outside their normal operating hours, with limited offerings. So, darn. I had to settle for the pumpkin roll instead of the cinnamon roll. And oh my gosh. It tastes just as homemade-good as it looks. I've just heated it in the microwave and am enjoying it with a cup of coffee and don't want this breakfast to end!

They sacrifice nothing in taste for dietary restrictions, as I've experienced at other similar style bakeries over the years. The texture is great. The roll is so soft. My son got a piece of Nutella cake and drooled all the way out the door. We got my husband a guava bar and my oldest the biggest, yummiest looking snickerdoodle, and nothing disappointed.

The gentleman working was kind and so generous with his time. We are visitors to Ocala and he took time to ask questions about our visit, tell us about the shop and its offerings, and just provided some overall old-school, stellar customer service that you don't see in many places anymore. We will definitely be making Soleil a must-go when we are in the area in the future. And we can't wait to try the original downtown location next time. And that cinnamon roll!

This is an excellent place to buy Gluten Free Bakery items. I tasted most of the items and they had excellent flavor. I definitely recommend it. I have tasted GF items from other bakeries but there is no comparison.

This is by far my favorite bakery! Also all gluten free which is awesome!
