I've seen a post on Offer Up for a Vlog camera I was looking for to get for my daughter and looked this place on Google maps. Went to check it out and I have to say the three people working there were great especially Ignacio the camera expert. Not only helped us get the camera that fit her needs but also insight on experiences. Overall great visit! From finding the place and leaving as a happy customer.

Great place for all photographers needs. I was looking for new gear for my new YouTube channel. They do have everything I needed in stock, very easy financing and knowledgeable staff. Melissa helped me to get approved for the no credit needed plans they offer and Ignacio was very helpful with gear I needed. Thank you guys, will see you next time for sure.

Thank You Mac Star Cameras! Absolutely love the atmosphere in store. I was super stressed out because I was running out of time and also a bit low on cash for a gig I had lined up in LA and I absolutely needed the RONIN 4D for the gig. Then I heard they offered a finance plan that doesn’t require any credit and no down payment either. The in-store staff were super informative as well and gave me the best deal possible for my budget. Definitely would go again and recommend to any High End photographers or even people interested in buying any electronics! 10/10

Mac Star is the single greatest please to purchase you camera, computer and electronics. They have restored my faith in store front businesses. Ignacio, Melissa and the other employees are the greatest! I will be purchasing most of my professional camera, lens and accessories needs from them from here on! And they have several payment plans available that can really help independent filmmakers.

I live in Oklahoma and ordered a Sigma Art 24-70mm f2.8 and had it shipped from their store, and it not only came in perfect condition, but early as well! Definitely my new favorite lens to shoot on. The staff was very helpful anytime I called and had questions before making my purchasing decision, and I was even able to finance the lens, so I didn't have to pay the whole thing up front. Overall a pleasant experience. I will definitely be using them again.

Macstar is probably the best place I have ever shopped at I have ordered from here on 3 occasions and every time it's been super easy. I have had special requests for shipping and payment and they never said no they said let me see what I can do and contacted me back immediately to let me know they got me taken care of. All international “grey market” gear being sold for USA retail price. All Sales Final, No Refunds. Hope this comment helps someone to not buy any gear from Mac Star cameras & electronics. Since grey market gear has zero warranty from the original manufacturer. They don’t tell you it’s international gear they write it in small letters and All Sales Final, No Refunds.

Loved how everything went! Alex was the guy who helped me out. I texted him on OfferUp told him what I needed and with in hours I got a purchase option. They sent everything though email to me only because I am a Oregon resident. And the store is located in California! They emailed all info to me and by end of the day my order was sent out. Also asked him to send me a text message of the order sense it’s a birthday gift. He customized my order and showed it to me! Loved the whole process
