the manager and supervisor are nice except Hispanic supervisors is racist and doesn't be fair to Asian people. They make you work more and Spanish peoples work less and if you're on time they would said you are late but if Hispanic people are late 5 mins they won't say anything. I definitely love everyone over there.

I just read a few of the reviews and although I dont work for Alsco, my husband does.And from what I understand the problem isnt racism, its people being hired based on experience that they claimed to have through their application and interview. So, when they begin work and are assigned to do jobs that they said they were qualified to do but are clearly not able to do, and not only are they not qualified , they have no basic understanding of mechanics or maintenance that are required to do the job.I dont think its fair to say anyone is racist. I understand being stressed about work, but when you apply and are hired to do a job you said you were certified and qualified to do and then begin working with a maintenance team who is depending on you to help with the workload they are assigned daily, only to find out you have no idea what your doing is frustrating to your co-workers and your supervisors. In my opinion, and many others I think, its not your ethnicity they have a problem with, its your inability to do the job you were hired to do.

My husband works here and we had lunch together outside in my truck in the sun. It was a nice lunch date.

If the pay was more would be better....

I’m not even a patron of this company but I am not a fan. I live on the same street as them and they blast rap music as early as 5 in the morning so loud that my house shakes. I love the songs but wrong time. One time, an employee even blasted erotic noises from their car that I could hear from my bedroom. It was insanely disturbing. Additionally, the workers will stay late and drink out of red solo cups that they chuck into my yard in addition to their cheap bottles of liquor. It’s disgusting, our neighbor even had the contact the city about the littering that was occurring on our street. I’m sure the company itself is fine but the employees themselves are inconsiderate and rude. With behavior like this, I feel like it is a poor reflection on the company. But I do love the truck drivers, they are very nice.
