despite the negative reviews, the mailing process was quick, simple, and the employees were helpful they helped me with the questions i had!

We have lived here in apple valley 11 years now and Have been very happy with our mail service. Our mail lady Peggy Taylor is the best mail carrier I have ever had. Always super friendly, prompt and professional. I can always count on getting my mail on time and delivered to my house. Thank you for your service USPS 📪

Gee! I read some of these negative reviews and I wonder about the people that write them. The USPS delivers Billions of pieces of mail each day very reliably. The Post office where ever I have lived is busy as a Bee Hive. The USPS handles it all. The clerks are professional and usually friendly but never unfriendly. Mail moves at astounding speed. Thieves have recently caused some problems, but not caused by the Postal Service. Having used USPS for over Seventy years, I have to Grade them as "A"

The personnel at this facility are very friendly and courteous. Ever since they dropped that take a number thing about 8 years ago the service has greatly improved and I have never had a problem with them. They truly support our military as they are the only carrier service that offers free postage to our troops that are deployed in war zones. Can any other carrier claim that? If you want to go to a private carrier and pay more. go for it. I however will continue to use the USPS.

Not sure what all the snowflakes are belly aching about in these reviews. Took 9 minutes to stand in line. Had a courteous clerk help me print a shipping label, pay and then was on my way.

I ship from here at least 2 times a week. The employees are very professional. When they have lines it moves much faster than any post office I have been at.

I don’t know where all these negative reviews are coming from the line is always fast they open up once x amount of people are in line and are always helpful. This is the best usps in the desert and svl is second

Helpful staff, clean facility, and had no problems getting mail or package to my PO box.
