Park ave Mansfield Ohio location . Manager Sara is the best. She went out of her way to assist me with my battery issue. I have been going to this location for years. With Sara's help and knowledge this makes it the best location in the area.

They sold me a wrench that I then used to bash my loudmouth wife over the head with. A+

We are from Bucyrus but our car stopped working in Mansfield, so we went to the store on Park Ave W having to clue what part we needed to fix this... The really awesome guy talked to us about it, helped us find the right part for under $10, and he even put it on for us!!! We cannot even express how thankful we are to him... We are definitely going to be loyal AutoZone customers from now on! ❤

Under new management and it shows! The staff were super friendly and so helpful installing my wiper blades. Last time (about a year ago) I was here the experience was not very good so it's so nice to see the improvements. Thanks for the help guys I'll be coming back next time I need something!

I stopped in the Autozone not exactly knowing what battery I needed and how to put the battery in. Sarah was extremely helpful and offered her help in the process. Definitely will be my go to auto store!

I will only shop at this parts store, every other parts store in richland county seems to mess up and order the wrong parts or are just a hassle to deal with. I want to say the managers name is Justin here ? He is amazing and has helped me with my car a few times.

All staff are very helpful laura and Sara are awesome workers if an issue comes up everyone is there to help figure out how to make it work I buy all my parts from this store I'm a regular customer there and love the staff and parts

Out of all the Autozones in Mansfield, this one is by far the best maintained. The manager was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable! Will be returning soon!

They're nice and friendly people. The workers help test Ur vehicle 🚗 without asking when U tell them Ur engine light is on. And they put Ur car 🚗 fluids in compared to other places. I been telling people about them and referring them to go there cause they're friendly people.

Bought wipers and asked the man who worked there if he could install them, no problem he replied. It is Christmas Eve and snowing like a blizzard. It took him 15 min to change them because my clips were broke off and he had to go back inside and get a screwdriver to get them off. I don't recall his name but God Bless him and I gave him a nice tip for being so kind.
