Cassie at this Advance Auto is an absolute lifesaver! Came in late with my 2015 Cadillac SRX, on a tow dolly, to try and pull a code to find out why it won't start. The battery was so dead it wouldn't even accept a charge from her jump box. She helped me get the old battery out (anyone with an SRX knows this is not a simple task) and put a new one in...and they had one in stock, which is rare. We finally get it started, and the most god-awful sound is coming from under the hood. She hooks up the tester again and discover my alternator is beyond gone. So I'm thinking "great, nobody ever has these in stock." She gets on her computer and finds they have a few in stock and helps me get the best deal she can for it! Cassie is absolutely awesome! If you need parts or help finding what parts you need, this is the place and Cassie is the person you want to talk to!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ordered parts after church. Left to pick them up. Barely in the door and they were ready for pick up. Rotors are heavy, the young man carried them out and put them into my vehicle. Greatly appreciated. 😊

I needed a taillight for my '09 escape, Julian not only found the part(easy) but installed it for me so I wouldn't get a ticket(you know I would've gotten pulled over) on the way home from work. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you thank you so much. 😁

I didn't get his name but this older gentleman that helped me was really polite and in tuned with what I needed! He did the math and everything to get the precise fit and just was all out nice and caring! Thank u for that

Every time I need something for a car I’m working on even if it’s my own I put my trust in advance auto parts. They normally have what I need of not they can order it and it’ll be there in no time at all and they call to let me know that the part has arrived.

Bought some headlights and they helped me install them then cleaned the headlight covers!! Would highly recommend them!! Nice people.

A gentleman by the name of Joe helped me. He was very polite and answered all my questions.

Always a good place to go for cheap parts but some of the workers don't have a clue on what you're talking about they've never been around an automobile before.

They look out for your Wallet and will alway have a answer to make sure you get the job down right. I love my Advance Auto.
