Very respectful and nice employees, Nikki was very helpful with my problems and concerns, There was a Man training I didn’t catch his name but he was very respectful and helpful, answered everything I was needing assistance for. Overall very nice store and awesome employees!

I have been to other US Cellular stores in WNC, and highly recommend this store and Brandon, the associate who worked with us today. He helped get my partner’s number switched from Verizon to a plan for us on US Cellular as well as getting me setup with an Apple Watch. It was great…we were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

Joshua was very helpful with my sister getting her update. I really appreciate his dedication. The phones they have are always great, and they have the best up-to-date information on all the phones.
