Well this has to be one of the best experiences with any roofing company I have ever worked with. They fixed our roof, which was leaking like crazy. They did a great job, were easy to work with (got back to me with estimates and appointments quickly, etc) and we're happy with the end result. Their prices seemed fair as well.

I recently had a roofing issue with my house in Lawrence and Precision Roofing was the only company I called. They were really prompt and provided me with an estimate at a very fair price. The repairs were completed for a very fair price and to my complete satisfaction. If I have any other issues in the future, I'll be using them again.

We contacted Precision Roofing due to a big storm that had just passed through our area. The roof was not in bad shape, but it definitely had some damage to it. They came out, did a thorough inspection and met with us to discuss our options. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, were able to provide us with several different options on materials and prices. They did not pressure us into making a decision right then and there or sell anything we did not need in order to make their sales pitch more appealing. Once we decided to go with them they were able to schedule us quickly, complete the job within two days and were professional from start to finish It was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with any contractor in any capacity whether it be home repairs or auto repairs I highly recommend their services for anyone who is looking for quality work at fair prices

We were at the end of our rope with our old roof and very much needed a new one for safety reasons, buit we were also nervous about hiring someone online, but they were great at communicating and reassuring any questions or concerns we had. They showed up on time for our inspection and took a very close look at everything to assess its condition. Afterwards, we sat down and they presented what they found and gave us some recommendations. We ultimately decided to call them back and schedule it, but there was no pressure any time to do so.

Just moved to Lawrence for my in-laws and wanted to replace the old shingle roof with a standing seam metal for the long term value of it. We called around a lot before stumbling on Precision Roofing. Turns out they had repaired the old roof there several times and had recommended the prior owner to replace it with metal and were able to do it for a great price too. Very pleased with the way it worked out and would certainly recommend them to anyone who asked.

My firm had a full replacement done on our building’s roof, which included new shingles, gutters and downspouts. They were fast, clean, professional and did an excellent job. I can't recommend them enough I highly recommend their services for anyone needing a quality job at an affordable price.

Awesome experience One of the top dogs came and inspected it personally to assess the repairs, unlike some contractors who just give you a quote online without taking a real look at it. Booked really fast too and everything has been great since. Grade A+!

Their work is fantastic - they came out with a crew, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. The tile roof looks great and is a perfect match for the building style too. Very glad I didn’t choose metal which would have looked way too modern.

We’ve had little experience with roofing in the past and were also skeptical about hiring a contractor over the internet. We ran across PRS right before I was going to tear off our old roof, so we gave them a call at the last minute. They showed up for an inspection and estimate that afternoon and after some discussion I decided to let them handle the tear off and replacement because of the great warranty program they have.

We used Precision Roofing to fix a leaky roof and they did an excellent job. Easily better than the last roofer my wife and I called who charged double what it should have been.

The owner was very friendly and got me in for an estimate for a new roof the next day. I always felt like I was getting honest advice from him and never felt talked into anything. The crew came out the next day and got the roof repairs done quickly with no issues.

I’d give em 10 stars if I could. We called them for two separate jobs - first was for repair on our home in Lawrence and the second was for our warehouse outside the city. Both were scheduled for the same day which surprised me, but they had two separate crews do the different jobs and I could tell they each knew what they were doing. Both repairs have stuck too.
