I have got to say I have never used Cricket before, I have been loyal to Metro PCS as far back as I can remember. Probably around the time that they started, I have been a customer of theirs. But, not anymore. After the way that my family and I were mistreated and lied to from an actual manager at Metro I will never regain service with them again. If you are in the market for a new cellular phone upgrade, or new cellular service I would highly recommend swinging by and at least taking a few minutes of your time to speak with an associate at your nearest Cricket store location. They are very lovely, knowledgeable, down to earth people. They will go above and beyond to assist you. Happy Cellphone shopping! :) I hope this post helps you.

Just had a great experience at the Cricket store in Merritt Island. Noelle was super helpful and friendly. She helped setup two new phones transferring everything over from the old ones. She was patient and answered all my questions. I am very happy with Cricket and the service and am a long time customer.

Noelle was super helpful. And very personable. She helped me Simultaneously why helping somebody else. She is definitely an asset to the company. I did not feel like somebody was trying to sell me just to make their commission. Went in to upgrade my phone. They are having a really great deal on top notch phones for the holiday season. Very grateful for Daniel who explained the difference between them all. He even put my screen protector and case on for me.... Also set it up so I was able to use it as soon as I left. Great customer service! Also want to add I only pay 40.00 a month. So awesome!

I stopped at the Cricket Wireless store on Dixon Ave in Cocoa, left after a few minutes because the agents there were horrible, rude, and kept running outside to smoke. Drove to Merritt Island Cricket on SR520, and Noelle handled my transfer to Cricket with ease. She is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and quite well-versed about the plan and the phone I was buying. She gave me her full attention, answered my questions completely and was an all-around great employee! This girl deserves a raise! The five stars is for NOELLE, definitely not the Cocoa store, which doesn't even rate one star.

Daniel, Sales Associate, and Noel, Store Manager, both assisted me while I had to purchase a new phone, and then, exchanged it for another one d/t it being defective. They both were great with excellent customer service skills and I appreciated their time, help and effort. Noel took the extra effort to ensure that the 2nd phone was working appropriately and that all the apps were fully downloaded, as well as, my SD Card was installed properly and everything was functioning appropriately prior to me leaving the store. She took, at least, a hour and I truly appreciate her effort! They were both wonderful but she was amazing! Thank you again so much for your time and effort!

I always have a good experience at this store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. This morning I went into AT&T looking for a phone and left feeling extremely frustrated. Later, I decided to go to Cricket and was greeted with a smile by Noel and she quickly helped me with everything I came in for. Almost every time I come in, I get Noel and it's always a relief because I know she'll help me and give me all the information I need. Daniel and Noel have a fun dynamic, overall not just a good experience but a fun one! Great staff.

i had the pleasure of working with Daniel today. He was very knowledgeable, and made my experience with buying a new phone smooth. He was fast and efficient but not to fast. I love having cricket be my wireless carrier, and glad Daniel was there to be so helpful. There was also a girl there she seemed fun and i think her name was Amber this is the place to go if your looking for a new phone or accessories. I am sure they have not seen the last of me.

I have never been more pleased at any cricket or any wireless provider for that matter. The store manager, I think her name was Noel, went far and beyond the expectations of what any customer service person would provide. She made sure I understand how to use my phone, she made sure to show me the right case for my phone, And she even told me about external batteries and how they can help when I'm on the go. She took her time and she was so focused on details. It really made my day and my experience. I couldn't imagine going to another store anymore. Thank you Noel for being so amazing.

I've been with Cricket wireless for several years, and have had no issues with their service. Love their upfront, no B.S. billing. I have also had nothing but positive experiences with the staff in their Merritt Island store.
Last week I went in to upgrade my phone. I had already done my research online, so I knew exactly what device I wanted. The service rep, Andrew, assisted me promptly, got my new phone programed and ready in no time, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. No hassles or upselling, like other providers do in their stores. Just fast, courteous, friendly service.
Lastly, I truly appreciated their social distancing practices and requirements that everyone wear a mask in the store. It is comforting to see businesses that uphold this practice, and are committed to keeping themselves and the community safe from infection.

Daniel got my phone plan started up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes so I was able to carry on with my day and not have to sit at a phone store for hours! :) Super friendly and so was the girl but I can't remember her name, maybe Noel? Love this store!

I went into this cricket store hoping someone could help me after leaving the cocoa location so disappointed. I was looking for someone to show the benefits from switching from my galaxy to apple. The first store I visited did not try to show me anything about the phone and asked me was it because I didn’t have the money the reason I was hesitant to buy the phone. Once at this location I was treated with such care by a man and a woman. They took their time to go over benefits and how the phone works and other options. I was highly satisfied with their customer service and bought the phone outright like I told the other location team members I would. As I walked out of the cocoa store they told me the phone would still be there when I came back, legend has it, it’s still there. Great job Merritt Island team!
