Had a great experience with Jaylan and Dan this morning. They helped me with my battery issues and figuring out the check engine light code. Saved me a ton of money when it was a simple fix and I didn’t have to go to a mechanic. Highly recommend this location!

The guys here today were beyond great! I know quite a bit about cars & whatnot but these guys are so helpful if/when I have a question. Today's visit was for new headlights, Rain X, & a set of eyeball mirrors for our F150. The process aren't too high here. There selection of items is good in my opinion. The older gentleman (Chuck) has always come from around the counter & helped me when I've needed it. He's not the type of person to just point & tell you where something is located in the store, he actually walks me to the correct location. I truly appreciate that about him since I usually ask questions lol. Overall I would highly recommend this store to other shoppers. I know there are several other auto parts places in the same general area but these guys are on the top of my list & the first place I go when I'm in Columbus & need something. A++

The lady at auto zone was really helpful. I had to get some stop leak for my radiator & she helped me find the kind I needed. Thanks Auto Zone.

The gentleman behind the counter was such a great help He had me stay up front while he went and retrieved what I needed for my truck He then helped me carry it out to my truck And I thought there were no more gentlemen left
