They do a fantastic job, ESPECIALLY when considering the large volume of business they work with every day. I have used them since this location opened and they have never failed me.

I changed to this pharmacy when I realized that CVS was price gouging. The money I have saved on each prescription is between $5 and $10. Between my husband and myself we save between $100-$150 a month that CVS was getting. This was on generic at both places. They are a little slow but poor people have to do anything to save money. The lady Pharmacist has been very nice and extremely helpful to me. They will help you save money and get your meds to you where CVS did nothing to help you and after all of the Senior Pharmacists left, treated you horribly and seemed to hate working there.

I have been picking up prescriptions here for years with no problems. Everyone who works here is kind, knowledgeable, and quick to help.

Newer Kroger. Very clean staff are very friendly. If you do pick up though you're not going to get a lot of the items you order. They don't show you on the app that they're out of . You don't know till you get there and half the items you ordered are missing.

In a mostly commercial area. Accessible by cars and transit.

The pharmacy used to be great but it has just gotten slower and slower and slower, worse and worse overall.

They no longer have enough staff to serve customers. Prescriptions that are on refill are slow to arrive in stock. One Rx was repeatedly late or out of stock so often we had to move that one to another pharmacy. Further, the drive in policy is ridiculous. If a prescription isn't ready then tell the customer to come back instead of waiting with a half dozen cars behind them.

Another problem are the notification emails / calls. I have driven there to pick up a prescription after receiving a pick up notification and been told it was still in-process. Further, the emails do not list the meds which are ready. I have also had problems getting information amended to the prescriptions on file resulting in unnecessary refills or delays when picking up a Rx.

A recent 17 minute wait as the 5th person in line was ridiculous. Worse, this was the fifth time I had been there to pick up the same prescription. The other four times I left instead of waiting an absurdly long amount of time. This time I made a special trip JUST so I could wait a long time: 17 minutes as the 5th in line.

Pay a decent wage to get the staff you need and add staff instead of cutting the number of positions. Have dedicated register staff not people who also fill the orders; there are enough customers to justify the expense. Most times I visit there are at least a half dozen waiting inside and out for orders. If you have two registers, open both instead on having a line of people run down the aisles into the main aisle.

Normally it's an ok pharmacy with a long wait time. Today my husband went thru to pick up and to start off the girl at the window had attitude and was rude. As long as the wait time and she was to lazy to walk and pick up an item right outside of the pharmacy circle. Then the pharmacists came over with attitude and said we'll do it this one time. Well I have a lot of medication filled at this pharmacy and spend a lot of money not only at the pharmacy but also the store, but after today I will give my business to someone who appreciates it. It's a shame a few bad apples can run away good customers.

They CLOSE for lunch!!! I had to make an extra trip to get my prescription. I went to pick up a prescription at 1:04 PM, they had not yet closed but would not give me my prescription. When I went back after work, the line was so long that it took 20 minutes to get to the counter: so, a convenient trip when I was already at the store turned into an extra 40 minutes wasted.

There are always several people working at the pharmacy. It seems like staggered lunch breaks would work better for the customers. Maybe, however, the customers are not their top priority. I have checked and neither CVS nor Walgreens nor Ingles pharmacies close for lunch. I am determining how to transfer my prescriptions to a customer service oriented place.

I just went there and got there at 12:59 and was standing in line. A lady at the regester called out to me and said we are closed for lunch, 1.02 and I said my meds are already called in and they are ready. Can I not have them ? She was was so rude and said NO, they need to learn customer service, had to wait 30 minutes...

Been trying to get prescribed ear drops for two days now. I’m on my 4th trip to see if they are ready yet. They have 10 people working but picking up meds is painfully slow. They also close for lunch which makes no sense when you have so many employees abd a lot of people can only pick up on their lunch break
