Walgreens Pharmacy

I effing love this pharmacy!!! I moved all my prescriptions from OSF here recently bc they are just that great! First of all, the customer service is insanely awesome. These people actually act as if they really care for you and want to assist you in any way that might improve your day. Just the automated system alone is better than the person to person experience I have had from these other pharmacies lately. Refills are fast, they can ship them straight to your home in a day if you aren't able to come in and it's a groovy lil spot where you can pick up almost anything you need in between shopping trips (although the items are a little costly) Make sure you sign up for their rewards program too. If you go in enough it actually pays off to be a member. Thank you Walgreens!

Terrible experience, not once but twice. I was prescribed meds to stabilize my pregnancy, which needed an authorization. The pharmacy techs at Walgreen's waited until I came to pick up the meds (meds I was told would be ready upon my arrival), to tell me that it was not ready and needed an authorization. They didn't even bother to pick up the phone and call me nor the insurance company, they could've simply faxed my doctors office for the request, it's a local office...

This bothers me deeply because one of the scripts was for progesterone, a medication that I need to keep my cervix from thinning out, I'm was 25 weeks pregnant for crying out loud. I scheduled my appointments early in the day for these reasons, to allow time on all sides, given these situations. The other script was for a sinus infection, three weeks later and again...the script needed an authorization. However Walgreen's pharmacy tech didn't even bother to contact the doctors office, insurance company nor myself. Needless to say, I'll be switching pharmacies ASAP!

Worst pharmacy in the area in terms of filling prescriptions and the attitude of pharmacy staff including the night time pharmacists. Couldn’t be happier that I transferred my prescriptions to the north CVS down the street.

This place is horrible. For e you to make an appointment then make you wait over 30 minutes after the appointment to get you what you made the appointment for. Store is filthy. Pharmacy staff either indifferent or rude.

They suck
