New Confectioner is my frozen dessert business and Air Gas saw that I was going to be buying dry ice every week. So they gave me the bulk discount even if I don't meet the minimum purchase weight. I have never been told that they don't have the dry ice I need. Count on Air Gas!

They changed their hours which doesn't allow for working people to shop there. I was able to finally get there for dry ice and was told they had none. 😟

Regular place that I get my CO2 refilled was closed. Thought I'd try giving airgas a call to see if they'd do it. The person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Tried to tell me nobody refills tanks which is obviously false.

I'll just stick to my regular place.

I'm not a regular customer and it showed. Just wanted. Dry ice until my refrigerator was delivered. The counter help was abyssmal. Next time I'll drive further.
