I'm a regular in the store, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. This is also one of the few Petco locations that has saltwater fish, and their reptile selection is above average.

I love this Salon the staff is wonderful! They give so much attention and love to my pet from the moment we come in. Kailey especially has a good attention to detail is very thorough and make sure my pets and myself are comfortable. She goes above and beyond.

The store is well stocked and the layout is easy to navigate. The customer service my kids and I experienced was amazing.

I want to express my gratitude to Aubrey and Kate at Petco. After losing my iPhone, I came back an hour later, right at closing time. My phone was found and they returned it, refusing any type of reward. Glad to have my phone back and thank you to these honest employees! Five stars!

Lodi Petco treated my dog with the most care! I received a survey in my email about our experience having my puppy Kona groomed and I left 10 Stars across the board because they deserved it! The two girls one of them being Allison, treated me and my the puppy who was a first-timer getting groomed with exceptional service. Allison was patient and kind, and she made me feel so comfortable leaving my puppy in their care. It was really sweet that she gave me a free bag of treats, a cute bow on her head, and a little report card letting me know information such as a seven-point checkup. I was definitely satisfied!

We've been doing puppy training classes for the last couple of months, and they've been wonderful! We have a cane corso, very stubborn and STRONG at just 6 months old and the classes and trainer Stacy have been an amazing foundation for great manners for him. Couldn't reccomend the classes more! The whole staff at this location has been wonderful

Really nice location. The Adoption Manager was very knowledgeable and sweet. This is a store that cares about where their animals are going and are more than happy to help with proper knowledge. Not just a store for items. Family members too.

My 11 yr old Toby is a lab mix with lots of hair going in. When I picked him up he looked fantastic! Rachel , his groomer, took enough fur off him to make a whole other dog! Had I known how good and how comfortable he would be , I would have had him groomed and deshedded on a regular basis. The staff is very pleasant and caring. I felt comfortable leaving my old boy with them. Again, Rachel did an awesome job!

Came to get things for my new puppy, every staff member I encountered was super helpful and friendly. I was referred to MARIAH the dog trainer and she was really nice and friendly very knowledgeable in her field and you can tell she has a passion for caring for animals. Great experience!

I was looking for a flea comb for a newly acquired kitten. Petco had two I was able to choose from 👍

Today I took my mom to Petco because our dog just keeps howling all night long. While we were there we ran into an associate by the name of Logan very helpful very knowledgeable and made us feel very secure in the choice of medicine that we chose. He walked us through all the medicines and he suggested some that my help my dog blade. Just wanted to say thank you to Logan for all your help. We definitely will be coming back to Petco great customer service

Rachel O. Is great, quick but, takes the time to comfort my dog Radar when he gets a peticure! He cannot be user friendly sometimes but, with her he acts like it’s no big deal!

I did curb side pick up & I couldn't believe the service I got! Logan was amazing. He brought my dog dishes right out and he was so courteous. He had me check the dishes to make sure I was happy with my selection and that it was exactly what I thought it would be. I've done curb side pick up at other stores where they basically come out and hand you your item and run back in the store. I will definitely shop at PETCO and please give Logan a big thank you from me!

This is hands down the best Petco!! The customer service is excellent and friendly. The store has a treat bar and excellent selection of dog/cat foods. Grooming is available too. Small critter area and fish too. If your looking for a great pet store this is it!!!

My daughter loves to look at the animals, and this trip was particularly awesome! We asked questions about upgrading our fish tank and got plenty of help in what we would need to change our current set up. Also, the people we spoke to were not only helpful, but friendly and honest as well. I truly appreciate people who take time to help customers get exactly what they need, even when it is just advice and not ending in a sale!! Above and beyond!!

The store was clean and organized. Logan was friendly and welcoming as always. Brittany answered all my dog training questions. Pedro helped me find an item I missed on the shelf. Amanda does a great job running her store.

Because they promote animal adoptions and have a great selection of dog and cat toys and food.
