My hard drive crashed the same day Windows crashed. DAS got me in the same day and I was able to pick up by the next business day leading to minimal work stoppage. Everything is working faster than before so I’m very happy with my results.

Phenomenal place to take your computer with a good price point as well. They are not trying to rip you off and will clearly explain the fixes that need to be done for you. Clearly a trustworthy business with reputable techs who know what they are doing. I had a memory upgrade quoted for over $50 dollars more at other locations and a 1 to 2 week wait in some cases. Excellent service! My xps 13 was dead and I took it to them. Both Steve and Dan are extremely professional and friendly. They keep me in the loop and informed me how much it's going to cost. They also provided their honest opinion about whether it's worth fixing it or to get a new one. I decided to keep it and they fixed it. Within a week I accidentally deleted some operating system files. I took it there again and Steve fixed it right away and didn't even charge anything. Highly recommend these people for any computer related services.

Great service, fair prices, knowledgeable techs. I had an appointment for earlier in the day but an emergency kept me from making it on time. Got a call, they were able to reschedule for the same day. I'd done the same task before myself, but have lost use of my dominant hand a while back. It used to take me about 45 minutes or so. I had quotes from 2 other shops - one wanted $200, the other said it would be about $150. When I called, Stephen asked me a few questions so he'd have specifics of my computer, and exactly what I needed done (something the other two places didn't do). DAS gave me a price that reflected the time needed. Stephen also took an extra minute or two to clean out the CPU cooler and add some new thermal paste between that and the CPU. In and out in about 30 minutes with plenty of free parking less than 1/2 block away.

If it's something I can't do I'll certainly go to DAS again.

We had a problem with my father's Mac with mounting an external hard drive. Steve came to the house and fixed the problem in literally minutes. He has a very professional demeanor but also is very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. We would welcome him to our home anytime again to help with a computer problem - he's a godsend!

A few keys on the keyboard of my 2009 macbook pro suddenly stopped working, and since Apple won't touch such an old laptop I had no idea where to bring it. I'm so glad I found DAS Repair Group on google because they were perfect! They were able to order the part they needed the same day I contacted them, and as soon as it came in (which was in a timely manner as well) they were able to take my laptop right away and I had it back within a few hours! I was so impressed. Other places I've taken it to in the past kept it for days even weeks to fix an issue. And when I got it back it was in perfect condition! The keyboard worked again, and I lost no data whatever. I'm so thankful they took such good care of my laptop, after all I have 13 years worth of stuff on there! They talked me through every step of the way and even allowed for me to drop off and pick up curbside due to the ongoing pandemic. Great service, great prices, and great communication. My custom build wasn't working properly after swapping out the GPU and PSU. I brought it to DAS and they were able to diagnose that the PSU was faulty and damaged some of my other components. After several visits of bringing Don new parts and testing, he got my PC up and running better than before. I am incredibly grateful for his hard work and the amount of effort he put in towards getting my computer working. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone who needs a PC fixed.

Honest, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. I brought a gaming system to them for repair and couldn’t be more satisfied. They fully communicated all options and were ready to let me know if buying a new one would be a cheaper option. But at great savings to my pockets they were able to fixed the system. After investigating the issue they communicated the cost and got my go-ahead before proceeding. DAS Repair will be my go to.

I'm very happy with my experience here. The back cover and hinge on my laptop had broken and I wanted to get it repaired rather than replacing the whole laptop. I first connected with DAS through Yelp and got a response almost immediately. It was a process, as a new part needed to be ordered before the repair could be done. Throughout the process, Steve was very clear in explaining my options and the repair itself. After the diagnosis, I picked up my laptop so that I could use it while waiting on the part to be delivered, which was very convenient. In the end, once the part arrived, Steve was able to do the repair in about 40 minutes and I am very happy with the result. Pricing was fair and transparent. I will definitely return when the next thing breaks!
