Had my screen replaced for my S23 ultra, quick turnaround. If you don't file your claim before you go, they have qr codes in store to scan. Super easy, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices without insurance seemed reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!

Traveled 45 minutes to get to store. I was told that due to a tiny Crack, my device was no longer under warranty. Came back with a replacement device and they were so pleasant that they was able to transfer all data from old device to new as well as recover the email address that was on the device. The two service techs that I worked with were extremely pleasant and very helpful.

They were very patient with me and kept me in the loop the whole time. I had some issues with my claim but that was the insurance not them they guided me know what I needed to do in order to get the issue resolved. Once my claim was cleared they fixed my Z-Fold right away. I will definitely come back again if I ever need my phone serviced. Thank you!

We came in on a scheduled appointment to fix my mother's phone. David was patient and polite with our request in a slightly busy time. Once he had a look at her phone, he got a broken stylus out in just a few minutes completely free of charge.

It was convenient and he actually did it right outside my front door. Amazing, professional and courteous.

For starters, I'm an idiot, who jumped into a pool with phone in pocket. If you've never experienced this before, it is very stressful.
When the rice trick didn't help, I went to Asurion. I've seen the store for awhile and never needed them. I felt that it was better to trust an actual store instead of a repair kiosk that seemed to swap owners ever 3rd week.
I went in with expectations of spending a few hundred dollars and or having to buy a new phone regardless. They required us to sign up for a home protection plan for $24/mo that covers most electronics we own. This can be cancelled at any time, but covers the diagnostic and labor required.
After a day, my phone was dried out and only needed a battery. They were fast, efficient and far exceeded expectations. On top of that, everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Please take your phones here when you do something dumb like me!

Fast screen repair with OEM parts, and I'm satisfied with the product. I will return in the future if I'm unfortunate enough to crack my screen again
