Tech Genius

I was desperate to get my PlayStation five fixed for the weekend and I had called to another store and they told me 3 weeks. I ended up calling tech Genius and they told me they could have it done same day. I arrived shortly after and my PlayStation was fixed in less than an hour plus I had a nice conversation with the staff. Also I tipped and extra $35 for that situation in the other review with shipping. Would definitely recommend and come again if I need to

These guys are wonderful. They are always very helpful and i never have a problem with my repairs. My kids break their phones at least once a year and i have three kids. Tec Genius has saved me a lot!!

So this happened, ya know how it goes... spring cleaning fever hits, you rearrange your furniture, and put your charging station in a new area.
And then IT happens! The ZOOMIES!!! Y'all with cats know what I'm talking about😅
In my home, there is never 1 cat with the zoomies...nope all 5 join in the festivities and form a "conga line" zipping through every nuk and cranny squealing with delight as 1 follows after the other. It is a regular Romper Room in here🥳 However, I quickly learned what a terrible idea it was to move my charging station... as my Galaxy tablet went flying through the air and landed with a thud😲 To my surprise, it wasn't broken, or so I thought. When I went to charge it, I realized the damage was on the inside.
This is when I meet Elshan, owner of Tech Genius. I gave him a call, and he said, "same day service," he didn't need to say anymore. When I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed was his "hang loose" sign and his laid-back personality to go with it🤙 He is the calmest multi-tasker I have ever met. He will gladly have a conversation with you about life while his hands are busy fiddling with this and tinkering with that, repairing 1 tech device after another. As I sat there getting to know Elshan, several different customers came in (at different times), and they all said the same thing, this guy right here is the best! He is so respectful, and he knows what he is doing! He sure does! He has been in the professional tech repair business for 10 years. He had a kiosk at Buckland Hills Mall for many years (I think 8🤔) and has been in this new location going on a year in May 2024. Elshan is caring, respectful, and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make you happy. He has a loyal following of customers and a new one 😁 I honestly think he will need a bigger store sooner than he knows. See ya soon for that laptop🤩

Tech Genius is the best place to have your computers fixed! I had first gone to a local computer place near me and they wanted me to buy a new computer after suggesting lots of other unnecessary suggestions. I’m a bit tech savvy and knew it was unnecessary being it was only a latch problem which I knew can be fixed if replaced. So I found Tech Genius and contacted them. They ordered the part - replaced the latch and even fixed a 2nd computer of mine with a similar problem. Highly, highly recommend Tech Genius. Labor and price was reasonable and affordable!! They won’t try to cheat you like other places. I’d drive the extra miles to go to them!

Bought a Nintendo switch from a guy who forgot to mention the SD reader malfunctioned and refused to take my newly purchased microSD card. I Brought it to Tech Genius and they fixed the issue in less than two hours while I watched other customers being serviced at the same fast pace! Highly recommended for those who need any electronic devices fixed they're the ones to call.

Came here today 05/10/24 and needed my phone fixed that was water damaged. The owner replaced battery, camera, screen, charging port and speaker in under two hours. Very nice and knowledgeable!!! He said he’s been in this business for over 10 years, he definitely knows what he is doing. Please be nice to the owners of this company they are very great at what they do and deserve to be treated fairly!! Thank you so much, you are appreciated!!!

Brought my iMac in after I attempted to replace the screen however the motherboard was blown from another tech. I walked in and quickly we found out the problem. They replaced the part to the motherboard and applied the new screen for a reasonable price. The customer service is great and it was perfect being able to walk out with my computer functional.

Needed files for vehicle. Software was messing with them and not making them accessible. Tech genius was able to solve the issue and even stayed open late for me. Great service! Greatly appreciated.

I came in today to fix my iPhone 7 screen . He was efficient had everything on hand and was fairly priced. I also got a screen protector for cheap too and he put it on for me. I’ll back for all my devices thank you again Elshan 🤞.

I looked them up on Google first time coming here had overall great experience. I came in for an iPhone 12. My back glass was shattered. Also, I needed a battery replacement and some buttons not working. They fixed it all over two hours, and gave me temporary back glass and phone case till the parts that I needed came in all for a decent price. Also, very friendly d

What an immensely hardworking and accommodating guy! I came in requiring assistance with a few stripped screws fairly close to the closing time and he was working on many other items from throughout his day I presume and still told me he would be able to help me. He was very quick with his work and im very happy with how it turned out. Definitely reccomend.

I brought my son’s tablet here after it stopped charging. The owner is personable and was very easy to talk to. He’s very talented. The iPad is working really well now.

Definitely recommend TechGenius. Quick and Professional Service for a good price. I brought in a circuit board off of my OneWheel (self-balancing skateboard) that needed an SMD capacitor replaced. They had the part, i was in and out in under 5 minutes, and the board was fixed.

They quickly and cheaply replaced my broken screen. They were very kind and considerate, taking the time to explain all available options to me. The part for my computer shipped earlier than expected and my computer was fixed in around 30 minutes! Very happy with their service and would definitely go back.

Readily available service; I called the store and asked if they would be able to fix my iPhone 12 (cracked backglass) and they were able to fix it right away for a very reasonable price. The person fixing my phone was very friendly and honest.

been to them twice. and the dad and son are right on target for repairs and prices.. i will not go anywhere else for electronic repairs , cell phones, top notch... and they get done asap.. very friendly too..

These guys do fantastic work and provide great service. My 5th Gen 12.9” iPad Pro got water damage and needed the screen replaced. After it was done they put on my old screen protector back on so it was like good as new. Unfortunately when I noticed the screen was flickering I brought my iPad back and they replaced the screen again with no charge. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tech service, much better than apple stores who would replace products instead of fixing them.

I had an issue with my PS5 and I could not find the answer anywhere online. I brought it here and within a couple of hours, Tech Genius was able to fix the problem and return it to me good as new. Amazing service! I would come back to them for any of my devices.
