As an employee, WMEC was always helped by Cooperative Systems. Their IT provides fast response and high quality assistance when my Team and I have any issues or concerns with our computers. IT staff are always responsive and their customer service skills very professional and consistent.

As a new employee at my company, Cooperative Systems got me up and running quickly and efficiently so I could get on with my onboarding and start being productive. They have been very responsive every time I have an inquiry.

I have had several years with Cooperative Systems as my employer’s IT Support. I have been pleased with their assistance each and every time. The technicians are very courteous and patient. They respond to my tickets in reasonable time and explain matters completely. When the computer is “not working” at work, it really leads to problems, and the Cooperative Systems staff are very reliable at getting me back up and running.

I needed help with setting up Outlook on my iPhone, which for Cooperative Systems, is a very easy task; but, certainly not in my wheelhouse. They responded promptly and guided me through step by step to get this done. They stayed on the phone while the setup took the time needed to complete. Excellent customer service!

More and more, today's highly technical environment requires expertise beyond the scope of average consumers like me. When confronted with a problem who are you going to call? Not ghost busters, but folks like the ones at Cooperative Systems are patient, professional and informative. They've always been able to solve/fix my issues over the course of a single call. Beyond handling my tech problems I've been able to learn from them as they are always willing and able to answer my tech oriented questions. Two thumbs up!!! I Highly recommend this service. They are very efficient and professional. There is not a long wait time. Your issue is solved timely, and they always email you a ticket number with resolution, so you can keep a record of your issues.

Richard was fast and efficient is supporting my needs to set up computer systems. Always good service when contacting IT department.
