I've been coming here for years and have definitely seen a major change in how the store looks and the new management. the store always looked like my son's bedroom before i tell him to clean it, I use to come in and see the manager sitting on a ladder and pay no attention to me and was very unprofessional. always seam to be bothered that I asked him a question, but now I am greeted and given information on sales and very helpful. I'm so glad to see the improvements in personal and store, glad to see someone recognized what was the problem with this store and fixed it. I just want to keep coming back to see what my next hat will be.

I’ve been to this location twice in the past week. They were closed on a Saturday (1/29/2022) nobody was there at around 1p.m. and nobody came before close. On 2/2/2022 I showed up again to purchase some jerseys and hats at 6:58p.m. The doors were locked. Allegedly the store representative that was inside said that they have different hours than broadcast on their website and google. They said they closed the register already and the doors an hour early. They also told me they were closed on Saturday because “nobody was at the outlets.” It’s a shame that Lids is letting this group down their franchise and cost them money. I sat outside and wrote this review from 7:12 pm until now. Store lights where on until now 7:16. This is crazy custome service and experience. Don’t shop here!!

Lid’s is the worst company as far as treating managers like they should. I was left to open a new location on my own all day everyday for a year until they even brought me speakers for music in the store. We employees supplied the music the way the store was decorated or major moves all on me and one other part time manager. I did this for a year then a new regional manager comes for the first time ever in the history of the store it was all me, fires me on the spot saying my hours didn’t match!!!! Even though I was the only employee they had so, of course, my hours would be way more than anyone else’s. I said that store completely up with no help from Lids management and was let go two weeks after Christmas right after their huge rush. They even left us alone on Black Friday no support for management ever. They really are the worst

Website said closes at 9, guy inside said it closed at 7, wouldn't let me in. Website still said it was open. Wasted trip and gas

This place is HORRIBLE!’ There were official NFL jerseys on the rack with price tags listed at $100 but the sales person rudely informed us that the price was 120 and that the tag was incorrect. This was fine. But when we found a second jersey listed at $100 and informed the sales person again we were rudely informed that the price was 120 and the sales person turned his back on us and treated us as if we were unwelcome and insignificant. We received unsatisfactory customer service and then we exited the store we will never return to this location. You have lost a valuable customer

Went during regular business hours, (1230pm) and a sign on the door said back at 3. No explanation, on a Friday. On a busy road in a bust outlet center. If someone had an emergency, there should be 2 people on duty.

The current District Manager of this company let go the manager that had built the store from the ground up, without assistance. The man that had never missed a day, put in extra time to make sure things got done, and set up the store single handedly for Black Friday of 2020, as it had just opened with little guidance in October of 2020. This manger coordinated, new equipment needed, updated technology that their store didnt have that others did, and organized the store in a manner condusive to catch the eye of the customer and market the best items.
After all this, this manager still gave this store his all and a new district manager took [the olds] place. The new district manager for this region micromanaged to the point where he would watch every stores video cameras and call them if their shirt was the wrong color blue. The new district manager took it upon himself to micromanage this store into the ground, by taking on roles the manager had consistently possessed and done well at. In no time, the morale of the stores employees went from "we love to be at work" to "I have no desire to work under this anymore".
Theres part of the story. A GREAT manager since 2020, a horrible DM since 2021, and the downfall of a store. Oh and how did this manager get "let go"? He was diplomatic with his employees and allowed wiggle room for employee mistakes in fair trade pf good work. Manager never even recieved a warning, came into work with the DM there training his replacement and waited until the end of the managers shift to "let him go". The DM? Authoritarian management style, almost bordering on personality disorder.
