I found Grinch fur. And natural hemp cording for macrame keychains. Woo hoo.

I have never had a problem with this store. The clerks are very nice and friendly. Recently? I placed an on line order and a couple of items were broken. I took them in and were replaced quickly. I wouldn’t buy any breakable items from on line however! They do not pack very well at all!!

I went to Joann to buy fabric for curtains. Not only did I find fabric, I found my dream patterns! One of the fabrics that I fell in love with, a newsprint, was no longer being made and they didn't have enough at the store for my project. Not only did management search other stores for the fabric, they personally went to the Joann website and looked to see if I could get the amount I needed delivered! They even told me about a coupon I could use to get half off shipping!

Just went to Joann’s and an employee named Cate was AMAZING!! I have never had such awesome customer service before!!! She was so sweet and nice, and I really appreciated her helpfulness and overall charismatic personality!

Love this store! The shelves were packed with merchandise, fabric of all prices, and very helpful clerks. Lots of items and fabric on sale everywhere I looked! Plus their website offers even more discounts!! This is a great place to shop. I bought enough flannel for two shirts and with the sale price plus the on line discount - spent 23 dollars. That is a little over 10 dollars per shirt! A wonderful deal!!!

This location of Joann it's always clean and organized. The staff make your visit easy and enjoyable. They are always willing to help out with answers to questions. Last time I visited they made sure everyone saved as much money as possible. This included telling everyone in line to download a couple for extra savings! Great staff!!

Evey time I go in to a joann's I instantly smell cinnamon. It brings back all the good memories I made with my family members while getting fabric or other supplies to help us make our crafts we were currently working on. Every one is always so nice and if you need help they can always point you in the right direction.

The sale items were clearly marked. Found everything I was looking for and so much more. Even tho they were restocking the isles were still walkable. Employee's were very friendly. Answered questions and pointed out items. Check out was smooth and easy.

I love this store they always have nice merchandise and wonderful sales . I now drive almost 25 miles to JOANN. Since they've closed in our town. But the drive to Muncie is
worth the drive.

I love this store but my husband does not. Lol they have anything and everything that you could possibly need for sewing, crafts, decorating, jewelry and anything in between. The young lady was very helpful and polite. A great place to go.

I went here a week ago to find some foam headliner material and one of the lady's there was so nice with the 40% off that I went back in 3 time I went in ounces and just one item I got was $40 a muffin pan for my mom that was $25 a med.size Jewry box $15 and a large chest that was $45 o sorry I also got some of that green hard foam they use in rack flower pots and this electric knife thing that gets hot and cuts the green foam and those two was $25. Now add all that up. $150 the lady rang me up and it came to $ 29.72 I didn't say anything because in the 3 trips I went in it cost me under $60 and the first time in I bought 7 different materials that was almost $250 this women was hitting on me the hole Damm time so I went with it

Just another good Joann fabrics. Had most of what I was looking for. I do not know why they don't have gel pens. Lol staff was very helpful. Will be going back again.

The store had a decent selection. The people working there were friendly and helpful. Sale prices were great if you dont have the app or an account sign up it is so worth it.

Love to go there anything thing u need if u sew or craft or even buying machines and if you get on your mailing list I'll send you coupons and that's when you need to buy your Fabric and spools of thread update I returned today and you really have to look at the prices on things because once 50% off might be 10 $12 a yard on fabric and watch 60% off might be 15 or $20 a yard so you got to watch cuz sometimes you're saving money there and sometimes you're not but the coupons do help

I've been in some Joann's where the workers weren't very nice and didn't seem to know much about sewing, but all of the employees at the Muncie Joann's seem knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I love to visit.

Great selection of fabrics very friendly staff and the store is clean and well stocked and organized

I took my grand daughter in there to get some yarn, they had a lot in stock.

Always loved this place. Prices were outstanding and the staff here was great as well!!! Was able to get some fillers and other nick nacks for a wedding and all under $35!!! Nice!!!👍👍

Checking out of the store was a good experience the cashier was friendly and I felt I received a good deal on the items purchased and will return things were fairly easy to find in the store
