Always had a good experience at Hoffmans, The store does get busy so if you go to purchase a firearm, I hope you have plenty of time. They have plenty of firearms to choose from So take your time and look around a little bit. Every Firearm that I purchased I purchased from Hoffman

Just had a great time getting a gun here. Most gun stores have banker hours. Hoffmans is open on Sunday, my one day off. They also have their selection online which got me up there. I walked in and pulled a number. They have a nice number system for orderly service.
They gave each customer infront of me the time and attention needed, so a little wait was fine. I walked around and looked at other products, which they have a large selection of all things gun.

Dillinger helped me and he was great. He answered my questions on the particular gun and helped me check out in a timely manner. He also answered a few follow up questions for optics and accessories. The paperwork went quickly and I walked out with my new gun! No stress, good time.

Bought my first gun here after an amazing experience and help from staff, even while in the range to try out the gun itself (it had been 2 years since I shot a gun) before purchasing. Even brought my sister to buy her first gun and she also had a phenomenal experience. Good staff, good selection of products, overall good experiences.

I've been there twice, as a new gun owner and I'm sure I asked the most boring, and simple questions of two of their staff members. Felix was the first and he was extremely patient and considerate and didn't big time me because he's a gun expert and I'm a newbie. He answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. When I came back to buy, I asked for him but, he wasn't there so I dealt with John, he was equally helpful and patient. He helped me with my purchase and even answered questions about my daughter's gun and some other nuts and bolts questions. I can't agree with some of the previous reviews regarding a rude staff. I could not have been treated better. I don't know how many guns I'll be purchasing in my life but, I'll be back whenever the need arises as they were fantastic!

John was amazing made me and my significant other very comfortable with us purchasing our first firearm today. The conversations, the laughs , and the information and jokes was so welcoming John we thank you again ! We’ll be back very soon for another purchase ! 10/10 recommended

I went there on a Monday morning... grabbed a ticket as soon as I walked in (thanks to previous reviews for informing me). Mike (I call him OG Mike cause he's an older guy) was my salesperson. Mike was fantastic, walked me thru the whole purchase process with no problem. There's a lotta papers to sign but hey it is what it is. I also got a box of bullets, he did say they were in short supply but 1 box was enough at this time. The other salesman was just as nice... JK was his initials. I was told I could shoot in the range right away since I had the gun and bullets. The range staff/area is totally separate from sales. I had to fill out more paperwork and prove my DLs and they held my permit while I shot in the range. It's $20.00 for 30 minutes luckily OG Mike gave me a free 30 minutes pass which I used. Range staff explained to me the rules of entering, while shooting, and exiting the range area. They provide eye & ear protection for you as part of the 20.00 cost. I was a lil confuse about the targets as far as being able to take the paper home with you cause they were tightly taped to the cardboard. Range staff didn't bother me at all. It's was a totally new experience for me and it was fun. No problems at all, all the rumors of racism were not shown towards me and I'm very "Black and woke". I'm there to do business not make friends that's it. BTW I drove past there today at about 2pm and the parking lot was filled bumper to bumper so I know a week day morning is the best time to purchase or shoot. I can't wait to go back to the range and also to purchase more guns.
BTW there was no hassle at all about buying accessories. Nothing was mentioned about holsters, maintenance kits etc. I liked that but was a lil surprised.

Will was above and beyond AMAZING! I can tell you, if you are waiting a long time it's more likely because they are helping customers like me. Very thorough, once it's your turn, you are NOT rushed! This was my first gun and I have small hands so it was important to me that I find a firearm that I felt confident using. But smaller firearms have bigger kickbacks. I could go on and on about how great Will was with my husband and I. He even skipped his lunch break for us!

I appreciate John for helping me he’s always friendly , I want to add that he provided excellent service, demonstrating extensive knowledge about firearms, answering all questions thoroughly, and ensuring a smooth purchase process. his professionalism and commitment to safety were commendable, creating a positive buying experience for me.

I love this gun shop. Bought my first gun here. Very nice people. No issues. Prices are good and selection is amazing. Ammo prices are always on sale. Range is good but you have to buy there ammo . What I love about this place is you can rent a gun to try out for 10$. That's a deal right there when you go to buy your first gun and don't know what you like. Staff was able to pick me out a holster that fit.

First experience in the store was a positive one. I think if you're there to purchase or check out a firearm, you grab a number.

I didn't grab a number and instead opted to wander around the oversized show room that displayed all of their lethal, less lethal, and non-lethal merchandise before visiting the range desk.

Kimberly was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful and in such a way that i didn't feel like i was being talked down to at all, which was a refreshing change of pace from other shops I've visited.

I hit up their ten for ten deal to test out an inherited piece and their Range instructor was spectacular as well! Saul(sorry if I spelled wrong) was friendly, helpful, and had a very calm and collected vibe, which is essential in live fire areas! He even explained techniques and aiming types in ways that were easy to grasp.

My aim sucked but this place was awesome.
