Went here for the first time. First purchase was very easy, simple and fun with these guys. Brian and Josh are very down to earth people. Attitude and sense of humor are awesome!! Definitely will be doing more business with these guys. Prices are actually very nice as well. If you haven’t been here I would definitely give them a shot. They even handle suppressor sales which will be my next visit. Great little store I have to say

Picked up my first suppressor the other day from Lock and Load . Brian was very helpful walking me through all the paperwork that’s involved. Both Brian and Joshua were very helpful explaining the details of the paperwork and the suppressor. My issue was I used it for the first time yesterday and found that my velos 762 wasn’t much quieter than my ar without it . Probably should have saved my money.

The guys at Lock N Load were great. They had a nice selection and were very easy to deal with and had good attitudes unlike a few other shops I’ve been to. I’d definitely recommend checking them out.

Great experience today at Lock N’ Load. They are experts in what they do, know the products they offer inside and out including functionality and use cases. At no point did I feel I was being sold something, they listened to my questions and made thoughtful recommendations. They had all of the firearms I was considering in stock, and after finding the right one the purchase process was thorough and efficient. I really appreciate their consultative approach and will absolutely be returning.

Josh is alway great willing to help or answer any questions you don’t get this experience anywhere else and not just him but his whole crew are happy to help in anyway. You don’t get this kind of customer service anymore nowadays and because of this I have also brought my father and brother in law here to shop and they were amazed at the service and will frequent Lock n Load regularly.

Just purchased my Fightlite SCR from them. I've been to a lot of stores in CT and this is one of the best. Fantastic experience overall. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff that doesn't mind answering all your questions, and I asked a lot of them! :)

I had the pleasure of both doing my pistol permit training with Josh at Lock N' Load, while also purchasing my first firearm from them. They not only instruct you on the safety and handling of a firearm really well, but also make you feel like you're being taught by a person instead of a machine.

When purchasing my first firearm, I had a ton of questions that they were able to answer with ease. They recommended different brands of firearms based on my budget, while also being extremely patient as I tried to feel of every recommended firearm in my hands. At the same time, they engaged in pleasant conversation as I tried to make my decisions, which made the whole experience more enjoyable.

I definitely recommend these guys and you should check them out when you get a chance, or are in the area.

The employee Nick, is amazing! Showed me a bunch of different firearms, never pressured me to make a purchase. He is super patient and answered any and all questions we had. The other staff and manager were also very knowledgeable, and let us know their personal favorites. I buy a lot of firearms, and I know where I will get my next one. Outstanding Customer Service ! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate what I was searching for to purchase. It was refreshing to be treated with old school customer service in a day and age where you’re more treated like a bother, than a good customer willing to spend their money. I had a great and easy experience with Lock N’ Load Firearms. I had a FFL transfer through them. The staff made it easy and painless. And with only a $35 transfer fee it’s one of the cheapest around. I will definitely be going back the next time I have an itch for a new firearm! Always looking out for the local merchants.

Originally, I signed me and my son up for this class. When I signed up for this class, I was not sure what to expect. Instead of my son joining me, my mom wind up taking this class with me and I have to say, it was fun. The owner/instructor Joshua was extremely knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. It was clear that I was in the right place when it comes to learning the fundamentals about guns, safety, rules, state and federal laws. The classroom was fun, Joshua kept us engaged with diverse conversations, examples, etc. I must say, for someone who has never held a gun before (me), shooting it was the best part at the end. It ended with a BANG! I left there, more aware about gun laws, safety and feeling a lot more comfortable about pistols. Great class and great group of people. Thank you for a great day!

Joshua of Lock N' Load Firearms LLC was excellent. I picked up my new pistol and while I was there spoke with Joshua about one of my grandsons that he will turn 10 years old soon. I was 10 when I learned to shoot a rifle. Joshua took the time to explain and show me options for my grandson. Nice, clean store with excellent service. Fantastic customer service! I was in and out with a new firearm in less than 10 minutes. Not even kidding.

I texted them prior in regard to the P365 AXG Legion and the they responded within minutes ensuring me they had a few in stock. At first i was confused because I didn’t know there was a 10rd Mag version yet of the P365 AXG Legion since Hoffmans said they didnt receive any and Sigs site didnt have it up yet, but Joshua at LocknLoad was very kind and respectful and ensured me that they did in fact just receive the Legion in 10rd configuration. I sure as hell flew over on my lunch break and picked it up. This shop will most likely be my goto for future purchases.

I just recently did a firearms transfer from gun broker to Lock N’ Load Firearms LLC. I was very happy with their affordable $35 transfer fee. While I was there I was very impressed with their firearms inventory and I know for a fact that I will definitely be back soon to purchase multiple firearms from them.
