I came into the store to swap out my phone because it was having issues, and the Store Technician, Ren, was absolutely phenomenal! He helped me solve my problem quickly and effortlessly. He even helped transfer all my phone's data more quickly than the system was allowing. I would highly recommend talking to Ren if you stop in this store. Great job! 😎👍

Aalyssa was fabulous! I told her what I wanted the phone to do. She gave me options. She explained things in detail. She did not push me to buy a phone. When I returned to the store with questions, she answered them and explained them in terms I could understand! I will definitely refer people to Aalyssa!

I stopped in with an issue with my phone and Niki lended a helping hand. She had my problem solved in no time and showed me exactly how to never let it happen again. Definitely recommend stopping in to see her if you need any product or help with a phone issue. Thanks again Niki

Stopped in having virus issues in my phone. Ren and Rachel Uninstalled some apps and the problem is gone.

5 stars all the way! If I could give more I absolutely would! Went in for home internet and walked out a proud happy T Mobile customer. The customer service was amazing they were fast, helpful and knowledgeable. All I had to do was go home and plug it in. That's it!!!! The speed is top tier! If you are looking to switch STOP HESITATING! Do it make the switch you will not be disappointed! I spoke to real people on the phone from the US! In store it was like visiting friends even though I was a new customer. Not a single person in there was complaining or upset. It was refreshing to walk out and know I'm being cared for! Thanks guys your SPECTACULAR!

Renaldo and Rachel answered all of my questions easily without hesitation. They were kind and friendly, and very professional. I switched carriers and they were so helpful. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. I will most likely be returning to this store for my T-Mobile needs. I can see them going far in their careers.
