If they could explain my new phone , and I understand it Excellent all around. Also noticed great team work . Over the years I have and family have visited several T mobile stores. This one a keeper

Kelley is a fantastic sales person. He is extremely informative and it's easy to talk with him. Kelley made getting a new phone a very positive experience.

Went to the new store on Memory Lane to see if it was worth it to change from AT&T to T-Mobile. The representative was friendly, kind and caring. He took the time to explain various options and plans. Also told me what I had to do with AT&T and the phones to make a switch. I'm switching. So much nicer than AT&T at the York Galaria were they treat you like cattle.

Went to this location for a 5G phone. Sean Riggs was very helpful and pleasant. Got a $250+ phone for free for switching to T-mobile and an insulated bag! Haven't had such good service for a long time. Highly recommend! 😁

The stores are always so helpful the customer tattoos are so great they always trying to help you and they spend doesn't matter how much time I was at 55 memory lane today and Daniel was the person that waited on me and he was terrific I just wanted to make sure thank you

Erica , John and the rest of the staff at this store are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism! They truly care about each customer that walks through their doors! Erica took the time to discuss product options, plans and services that best serve our needs and for the best deal!

What I truly appreciate was the fact they took the time to give my family and I a brief in-store tutorial of the products we purchased. Erica and john also made sure all upgrades and changes to our service plans were in affect immediately.
We left confident we made the right choice at the right place!

The guys at this T-Mobile location were super helpful in resolving an issue with an existing Sprint account (from before the merger). It chewed up a lot of time over 2 days. Thanks to Brian, Chris & Chris for your patience & help!

After i really bad experience converting from Sprint to Tmobile Manuel Gomez saless representative in this location was great, he took his time to help me and actually fix the problem i had with my account, very smart and caring. He made this bad experience less awfull .

It's not always easy working customers service but the employee named "B"went above and beyond to help me solve a billing and product issue. Most would have told gave up, EVEN his boss Chris didn't want to deal with the issue 🙄 and left it up to this gentleman to stumble through the dark. Not only did he shine a light through the darkness of dumb found confusion I found myself in but took the extra time to make sure it was right.

Excellent service! My old phone was long overdue for a replacement. They gave me several options & took the time to setup & explain everything to me. Would highly recommend!
