Fantastic wine bar! Good selection of both wine and beers with friendly staff. Great place to hang out. You can also order pizza from the place right next door and they’ll walk it over which is very convenient. My wife and I love hanging out here, and they also have a great selection of art which adds to the relaxing atmosphere

Locals is my go to spot! It is a nice, relaxing environment with beautiful art and photography from local artists. There is a great beer and wine selection, plus they now serve charcuterie and desserts. If all the above isn’t enough to get you to check this place out, the owners and staff are wonderful and welcoming as well!

Great spot in Topsail/Surf City to grab a glass of wine or beer with friends and take in some amazingly talented local artists. The wine list is spot on, the staff friendly and the local artists are extremely talented. Walk in for wine and walk out with a piece of art! Will definitely be back again soon and love seeing other locals supporting local businesses.

Went with a girlfriend for mimosas! The CUTEST, upscale, modern, quaint and relaxing environment! I loved seeing all the local art on the walls, the mimosas on TAP! What?! Will make this a regular hangout with my girlfriend group! Excited to hold some private events here too! Thanks for bringing this to our community!! ❤

Such an amazing spot! If you are in the area it is definitely worth the stop. There are 17 different artists that have their art on the walls. A diverse but elegant wine list with good prices per the glass and bottle. You won't have issues finding a beer you can enjoy with some local pizza from Margarita Pizza Co.

Everything from the drinks, food, service, staff and art is wonderful!! I always enjoy a good evening with friends at Locals Art Gallery and Wine Bar!! Must stop while visiting!!! 🥂🌅

What's not to love here? GREAT wine and craft beer selection, with beautiful stunning local artwork! Stop in and take a load off from strolling the shops in town of Surf City. Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, we bought a nice Chardonnay but will be back next to try the nice reds ☮

Beautiful upbeat atmosphere surrounding by local art! This place absolutely rocks! It was just perfect for our group to catch up on laughter. love the selection of wines 🍾. They even had my “hard to find” Sauvignon Blanc.
