Great fish and live plants. I've never had any die when I add to my aquarium. Also very clean unlike most pet stores.

Great place to wash your dog after a run in the rain, mud or snow. $25 for 6 washes. Not 10 per wash. Easy pz and I didn't have to clean the tub.

It was good. Went in for what I needed, the guy at the register was nice to me, and I left. Easy peasy.

They have had some hard to find pet food especially lately when some of our local grocery stores shelves have been bare on my kitty food.

We got a puppy and needed some things. They had everything we needed and plenty of choices. The girl working the register was friendly and super helpful. They also have a nice dog wash area.

Super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Jackie took her time to make sure we got everything we needed and was extremely patient with my boys. They were getting their first pet and were more than a little excited. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I have two male cats that are beyond finicky! Since COVID-19 has hit it's impossible to find the food that they like.I visited this store recently and was pleasantly surprised at the supplies and services they have for pets of all sorts.The staff went out of their way to help me and you could tell they weren't acting "fake friendly" like you get at alot of establishments. The staff also didn't make me feel like a nuisance because they had to do their job! I live in Kentucky, so needless to say it's a bit of a haul to this store but it was definitely worth it. From now on though, if I only need supplies; I can order them off their website and have them delivered. 🙏 Pet stores to me are just like getting a haircut at a hairsalon; once I find a place that does it right I stick to it.I want to say thank you to the new management also; you have stopped the vengeance my boys once leashed upon me for not having the food they wanted!

Was here on family visit and forgot to put my puppy's dog collar on! The clerk was awesome, and we got a new one with an engraved name tag! Tnx!

Excellent service!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with picking the right de-sheding brush for my kitty's. Gave my one doggie a bath, love that they have everything right there. I got a punch card for 5 baths for $25. Saving money since a bath is $10.

First time bringing my foster rescue pup in for a bath and staff was very helpful. Also took the time to help me choose the right chew toys.

The folks there are knowledgeable and friendly. They convinced us to try a new dog food for our dogs and it was worth it as they eat it up like crazy and solves some stomach issues as well. So glad they are there and the passion for pets is evident!

I love this place!!! The staff is so friendly and inviting. This is the cheapest place for me to get treats for my babies, and they actually carry the brand of food I buy in store.

We love the self service dog wash! Always clean and well stocked. Plenty of choices in shampoo. Like the towel drying but love the warm air blower.

They have a nice set up to wash the dogs. Staff are always friendly and polite.

Love this store. The dog baths are awesome!! It makes it so easy to bath your dog and $10 is well worth it! Soap, towels, and blow dryers provided!

Absolutely amazing the young lady that helped me because I didn't know there was a dog wash station here now she was very helpful and she was great helping get Eva in the tub even tho it took 2 of us to get her in there lmmfao

Easy experience with picking up dog food. They have a pet wash there too so it's easier than messing up my bathroom at home.

The girl working was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with food and snacks for a special diet. AND she loves the turtle toy! It’s so funny watching her play with it.

Always get greeted when I walk in, help if I have questions and one of the employees there always offers to carry out my heavy purchases (which I appreciate being 26 weeks pregnant!) Love it!
