Not only did I give them my word on a next day purchase, but the owner gave me his word as well and held the bike, although other buyers made offers. Great locally owned business. Owners were easy to work with and knowledgeable on the products they sell and service. I had a few issues that turned out to be a user issue. They were happy to guide myself and the kids through starting and warmup procedures. This resolved the issues we experienced. Great people!
