AutoZone Auto Parts

I rarely venture into an auto parts store, but I had occasion recently to do just that. These folks were so fast, courteous, and friendly that they will be my first stop for any other auto needs. You guys ROCK!! 😀

Bianca was awesome! I felt very well taken care of. Went in for a replacement battery and an unexpected problem popped up. Bianca made sure everything was resolved and took great care of me. Thank you!

This is the second time I had to come over here for a new battery (different vehicle). Again spectacular service. This time the tech was Scotty L. I don’t know what they are doing different at this location from the others in Lafayette but keep on doing it. Two years later and nothing has changed. As I leave this review in the parking, Scotty just came back outside in this heat to make sure everything was good. A+

Recently I accompanied my daughter because it had a problem with the charging system and Battery of her Hyundai and with existing equipment compared to what was in stock. but After talking to management, the problem was taken care of quick, fast, and in a hurry.
This is truly the type of customer service that people expect and deserve to receive. With the economy being the way it is , AutoZone isn't just a bargain and a good deal, it's more than that.
I've been going to AutoZone for about 15 years and have over 35 years of customer service experience and anybody that DOES NOT go to AutoZone , is a COMPLETE FOOL and has more money than brains.!!
THANK YOU AUTOZONE. If there was more than five stars you'd get more !!!

Had the part I needed for a project, but my wrench set was unable to reach past the dashboard. I was able to borrow the tool I needed and complete the work right there in the parking lot. They were understanding and helpful. I even bought a few things while I was there. I will go there in the future and recommend them.

I had just did an oil change at my dealership and needed to replace the cabin and regular filters. My dealership was going to charge me $100 a piece and auto zone only cost me 40 bucks! Thank you 😊

Came in for a headlight bulb. Nick was quick to let me know I got the wrong type of bulb. He made sure I left with what I needed including a pair of surgical gloves for installation! Apparently you don't want oil from your fingers to get on the bulb or it may explode! Go see Nick Smith and thank him for his service to this country (combat operator) and to this community.

Car wouldn’t start and we were an hour from home, stopped by and Tommy tested our alternator and battery, and found it was a dead battery!! He replaced it and we were back on the road in no time!!! So patient, kind and very knowledgeable!!! So impressed!!!! Thank you Tommy!!!!! 🙌🏽🎯

My experience with Autozone was so easy. The lady that helped me was Amber, I walked in and she came out and said my battery was too small and she was not sure why someone there would put it in my Tahoe, she was professional and very nice in and out in 10 minutes she deserves the 5 star rating.

Had to have a battery replaced, as soon as I walked in an associate asked if she could help me. She found the correct battery and did the replacement. Was my 1st time using Auto Zone and was impressed.

A big shout out to Jayce who should get Employee of the year! He really stepped up to help my daughter and son in law out when they were stranded with a flat. You have big good Charma headed your way. Thanks so much, you are awesome!!!!!
