McDonald's

I was rushing to get to the McDonald’s so I could have breakfast after a very tough morning. Missed the time. Just was planning to get coffee, but wanted to make sure I understood when breakfast stopped for the next time. Asked and the manager said hold on a second what would you like to order? Then went back to the kitchen and Made. It. Happen.

Turned my whole day around. Kind and beyond expectation! Also the cleanest McD’s I have seen. Well, done manager at the Chapel Hill McDonald’s at 10:40 AM on Monday, 2 July! Thank you very much!

Today we got slushees and wanted our water bottles filled with ice water before a tennis game. the heat was getting to us however so we were not the smartest. this sweet man working there was so sweet and put up with us being unable to communicate what we wanted in an efficient manner. he was so patient.

Thank you to this McDonald specifically for always being there when I need it. Mmm y’all always get the fries right so warm, crispy, and salty. I will say the drink machine is slipping up and the Diet Coke isn’t exactly right — the sprite is delish tho!

Clean place, very nice to hangout with friend and stop by buy some drink there . They are fast .

Quick service for Cokes and frozen drinks. Staff was friendly.

Even though there is no drive through I love this location because they always give me fresh food 😋

Manager in the evening from Sunday- Wednesday is always on point when I come with the order never a wait time . Appreciate her n her team . Thank you for real hospitality..

They were quick, even though their takeout line wrapped all the way around the building, I was through the line in about 8 minutes. The food was great and the customer service was upbeat

Everyone was very nice and my order was made perfectly and quickly. Also it's cool because you can order yourself on a self checkout screen if you don't want to wait in line or if you just prefer doing it that way. I like that you have that option. Overall a good McDonald's location.

we all know what McDonald’s is. Cheap, terrible for you, mostly never has the ice cream machine working. But listen here: they have the deal of the day; they have the kiosk that I’ll actually use. And you know what, they do their best to make sure all of their customers get some pretty solid service. I would recommend this place to all because of the dedication of the staff.

This place is so good and the meal we got Today was so juicy our Quarter Ponder!! I was so amazed how FRESH it was the whole thang! The employees were very friendly and helpful and very nice with big smiles the whole time and so was the manager also!! I FOUND ME MY NEW FAVORITE SPOT TO EAT NOW!! Great job to all y’all they should get Bonuses for all there great hard work an training!! I can’t wait to go back ASAP

Even though they were closing up, they finished my order super quick. The kiosks were quick and efficient.

Literally the best McDonald's my wife and I have ever visited. We ordered a double cheeseburger, a spicy chicken sandwich, and fries. Fantastic quality. Fine service. 10/10 would recommend.

Fast friendly service food was hot even when i had to travel back to the hospital and the food was still hot. My niece was so grateful. First thing she had eaten since breakfast Friday morning before her accident. Thank you
