They remain professional even when I was visible frustrated and confused. They did not allow me to leave unsatisfied. Amazing service for phone repair on my iPhone11. It was done quickly within the hour. Looked brand new when I got it back. The owner was soo friendly! I will definitely recommend and use for any phone repair needs. I also was able to buy a iPad to use for business needs at a great price compared to other cell repair places in the area. Best thing is that they have a 15 day warranty on any phone sold.

Doing the hurricane I dropped my IPad and shattered the screen. I checked google to find a service that repair Apple devices at a reasonable price and trust me they varied, and I didn’t want to have to drive far so when I read the reviews for UniverCell and it was less than a mile from my home. When I walked through the door I was meet with a smile I explained my situation and he took a looks at it and quoted me a price, I was really pleased with the price 🥰 and he even looked at some of my grand baby pictures. I recommend this store.

Today I came to univercell I found them on social media and contacted them and and they answer promptly I had questions and they gave me reasonable price I told them I would be there in less than an hour I got to the store and zahir the owner greeted me with a big smile super great customer service walk me thru the process and fix my I phone I would totally recommend to come by and see zahir best prices and customer service was excellent BUT THE PRICESS FOR EVERYTHING DONE WAS A FAIR PRICE COME SEE HIM . I will totally come back if I need any phone accessories of any phone fix .
