Just wanted to give a shout out to this AutoZone for being awesome. We needed a hard to find car battery and they had it in stock. The young man working at the counter named Colby helped explain why this particular battery was expensive and what we needed to protect it once he put it in. He installed the battery quickly and was an interesting and knowledgeable person to chat with. He’s an asset to your company.

100% Awesome. Had a flat tire at the store, called AAA no help. Steve came out to check on me and offered assistance. He helped me get a new tire at a neighboring business and place it back on the truck. This associate went above and beyond customer service! Thank you for helping me! I hope Auto Zone Corporate acknowledges what a Great Associate you are! Wish I could leave more stars.

My battery was dead. Auto Zone’s records showed it was still under warranty. Replaced and installed another FREE of charge! Matt was polite and efficient!! WHY go anywhere else?!

Always an easy shopping experience, always good sales and it's easy to walk out of the store feeling like you've got a great deal! The help seems to be genuine when they offer it, Although trying to flag someone down to get directions can be very time consuming If they are to attached at the hip with another patron. It seems you have to stand in line in order to be served your chance to ask a question, but I suppose this is commonplace with almost all auto stores. In order to alleviate that, do not take a honey do list in with you unless you know the INS and outs of what's on that list, and know exactly where to find it in the store.

Reasonable prices and the guys there were great they really helped me out with my truck and made sure I had the right stuff and amount then I can back the next day and was in the parking lot and a employee that helped me the day before asked me how I made out and gave me a little more advice they were really great if there were more than five stars I would give it to them a must go place

The staff are very helpful! She came outside and tested our car battery. And so we knew for sure the battery wasn't taking a charge. Anyways, I recommend this store for fit people who work on their own vehicles. They also have a free tool leading program.

I needed windshield wipers for my car. They were very helpful. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive but asked me what I could afford. They also installed the wipers for me. Great service. Would highly recommend.

This new addition to Hanover is the All Auto Care location to go to for the best service and customer care. Hands down these guys are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They know their automotive knowledge and will assist you to replace the parts onsite if possible. I highly recommend this AutoZone!
