I stopped by on a rainy day for new windshield wipers. The staff member didn't complain one bit when I asked him to install the wipers for me (in the rain). The store is conveniently located near the Golden Mile.

My low beam light went out when I was leaving work pulled into advanced auto to buy one It was chilly out and I had no idea how to replace the bulb I wish I would have kept my receipt because the clerk there was a young man that was not only knowledgeable about what I needed actually took the time to come outside with me and replace it for me I could not have been more grateful for his amazing customer service highly recommend advance Auto parts into the clerk that helped me thank you it meant a lot

I bought replacement blades from somewhere else but couldn’t get the darn things on. I explained this to the man at Auto Zone. He came out to my car and had them on in 5 minutes (I’m not at all mechanical).
I offered to pay or tip him but he wouldn’t hear if it. Very friendly guy. Wished me a good day and sent me on my way. Wish I had gotten his name to write a note thanking him again.
