AutoZone Auto Parts

Battery to my truck had died while in town today, leaving my family and I stranded. We walked to the nearest auto parts store which was AutoZone. There we met Santos and Larry which volunteered their services to us after purchasing a new battery. They gave us a ride back to the stranded vehicle. Santos installed the battery and ran a test on the battery, starter and alternator. My wife and I were very impressed with their professional service and kindness towards us.

Each time I've been in this store I've been met by a smiling face and employees who have extensive car knowledge. Lisa does a great job in managing this location.

Went to store the other day and Candy helped us and she was very professional and courteous. Called ahead of time to see if she had the part in stock and she did not so Candy took the time to look the parts up for me in the system and I had a lot of questions and she was patient and answered all my questions and helped to the end and helped again when I came in the store to make my online purchase which also lead to me buying more items I did not need in the store.

Me and my husband came in to buy a few things and Eddie and Christian are excellent!!! They are amazing salesman and even better human beings. My husband was telling them about the loss of our dog and the compassion these 2 wonderful human beings showed was amazing. I will say this we will be life long customers. Eddie and Christian has set the bar high. Thank you, Eddie and Christian!!! We need more people like the 2 of you and the world would be such a better place.

excellent experience! I went to Advance across the street and they did not have what I wanted so I came to AutoZone and found super helpful and friendly employees plus the part I needed. The guys had plenty of good advice and we're very customer service oriented! Thanks to the crew working Saturday night 7/4; I know you'd rather have been other places but you are appreciated!! I'll never go to that Advance across the street again! Autozone for me!

This store seemed to actually have stock on the shelves and the employees there at the time I was seemed to know a little bit about the things they sold and were happy to get parts next day or let you know what store closest had them if they were not in stock at this store.

Great customer service and prices. Store had exactly what I needed.

The staff is really helpful. But again working on car it could be a million things wrong so if they are re incorrect about something dont be mad we are all human. I for one always have a good experience when I go there and they tell me pricing, different options on the cheapest way to fix my problem.

I have been doing commercial business with company since they first went in commercial sells over 20 years ago and try to only do business with one company now others have tried to get my business but employees go out of there way to help.

Every time I go into the store the workers are always willing to help and very friendly. Keep up the great job.

New to the Dixie Drive AutoZone store and decided to leave Advance... just across the street...related to an online discount gone wrong.

Boy was I glad. Got the exact quality brake pads, $10 less than Advance's, 20 percent, online price.
Then, Dalton, advised me of AutoZone's Reward program and got me another, $8 off, right then. He wasn't just pleasant but thoughtful as well. Why wouldn't I give kudos to him and AutoZone... that's going above and beyond in this day. Thanks Dalton for what you do and how you do it.

Candy is the best! Thank god this location opened up, the one at fayetville does not compete. They can learn something from these guys.

I shop at AutoZone quite frequently. Have always had great experiences!

If you ever need to buy a part for your car, go to auto zone on highway 64/Dixie drive. Ask for Santos Figueroa. This guy not only knows his stuff he cares about you. He makes sure you are getting what you need. He even went outside to look at the car and make sure we were ordering the right part. He is not trying to push products on you. He is interested in saving you time and money. We didn’t like Auto Zone much. But after all other places in town failed us we gave it a try and so glad we did!

Way better than Advance & the Napa..at lease AutoZone knows how to tell you stuff that you need to know, & there prices are way cheaper than Napa & Advance..I've moved my business account from Advance to AutoZone..

So far the staff has been great. Had what I needed. The prices are reasonable.

Went in 2 weeks back for a simple heater hose. It was not in stock. 5 stars for the communication and service.

Jerome is the guy you want changing your car battery! He looked up a YouTube video to help change the battery because my car was a little tricky. What a great guy!
