I am a long time customer first time reviewer. I had a great experience with the dunkin off fiske near 95. Shout out to Chloe for making the absolute best campfire frozen coffee. Also shout to the manager Santonio for picking positive talented employees like Chloe. Ty.

What amazing staff! I went in today for a quick coffee and donut and left with a smile and my order! They were a mother/ daughter team and they rocked that store for being so short staffed and having call in. Sometimes you can't help the cards that were dealt to ya but you can control the way you play them. These woman wetter outstanding and I will be back for sure!

I try to make it to Dunkin 4 out of 5 work days a week every morning so I would say I’m a frequent flyer lol. I pass by 2 other dunkin locations and jump off the highway purposefully to come to this location. The customer service is amazing. Pleasant, happy, polite. My order has never been wrong. I really do this it’s the best one I’ve ever visited. I’ve only had one unpleasant experience and that was because of the landscaping company tending the lawn. But even then, your girls that morning tried to fix the problem and make it a better experience. 10 out of 10 recommend

I wasn’t sure about this Dunkin after reading the reviews, however they proved me wrong. Lady named Kiki or Keke was super sweet towards me and my friend (Genna) who placed a mobile order. She went above and beyond and gave us more than we asked for. I was going to give her a tip but didn’t have any cash with me. Will definitely be returning and tipping her next time I go!!

This location has struggled with staffing since opening, however this morning, I can honestly say that the 2 employees that were there were trying their hardest to serve everyone as quickly as possible. The young lady was working front counter and drive thru. She was diligently trying her best to accommodate both areas, well the customer inside the store felt like she was being ignored and things escalated rather quickly. I do not agree with the unprofessionalism that was displayed by both of the employees, however I do understand their frustration. I love having this location near my home and I pray the staffing gods send reliable help soon. I sincerely hope the actions of this morning does not discourage either of those employees from doing their job. Tomorrow is a new day!!

They have what I want in when you when they open cause they don’t make the donuts on site since it’s a little one that’s why they sell out and that’s the reason for everything and I only had one worker be rude and I never saw that worker since at that location

The gentleman where awesome! But the black fluffy lady was taking her time in the bathroom until she got off of work. Also when I went in after her. The question is how do u was your hands and dry them. If no longer in the garbage can to throw away the paper towel. That's scary cause u don't know if she's washing her hands. Then handling food and beverage?

Some of the sweetest people ever!!! I had such a smiley experience. I was greeted by a chipper face and a whole team of people who just made my morning!! There was a technical difficulty with the machine but was solved very quickly. I didn’t just get a coffee and some donuts, I got what was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dunkin!! Very clean as well.

One of my favorite Dunkin donuts locations. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. The best egg and cheese croissant I've had. Delicious every time.

Lots of Karen's in the reviews here. Noticed a sign on the door that was specifically targeted towards the type of people who would come in and yell at a teenager for existing. Unfortunately, I don't think Karen's read. At least not before oppressing the working class.

Anyway, I got the coffee, I got the croissant-wich. It's fine. The people working were pleasant and showed the same respect I showed them. I would hope if someone was rude to them, they'd throw it right back. Nobody is paying well enough to be screeched at by someone about donuts.

It's a Dunkin. If you don't like it, just go down the street and block up the Publix parking lot waiting in line for your Boujee Bucks, you sycophants.

Very pleasant experience! No line, which is rare on a weekday morning. Beautiful store. The people working the drive thru were absolutely sweet and wonderful.
