Doctor calls in ex, go to giant eagle drive thru an hour later and they tell me they just looked at it and it will be an hour. Every. Time.

Dropped off a prescription for my cat, was told I would be notified when it was ready.. never was notified. Showed up there 2 minutes before they closed, and the lady shut the blinds in my face and said "we're closed." Great customer service, whoever you are.

Been here twice in the past week and the wait time inside and out is outrageous. They also look at you like you're dumb for waiting 40 minutes when they said it'd be 20. Drive thru is extremely slow. Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes. Go else where this place sucks
