Jeremy was the most amazing help ever! I had accidentally ordered something online without filling my address in correctly, and the website, DHL, nor USPS would answer their phones so I went to my local post office in person. However, Jeremy helped me immediately by going out of his way and finding the route of my package, who would have it on their truck, and staying after hours to find it for me and let me come by the same day to pick it up. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with USPS and any local post office I’ve lived near in years. All of us have had a missing package at some point, and he related to my own issue and went out of his way to save my Christmas! Thank you so so much for intercepting the package before it was sent back to the seller so this gift could arrive in time. You’re the best!

My sister put the wrong zip code on a package she sent me. It went to Parkland Post Office instead of Downtown Tacoma!!
Fortunately, I reached Shane at the Parkland post office, who was wonderful! He was friendly and helpful.
He located my package quickly and changed the zip so it would come to me!
I am very grateful for the hard work done by USPS! Thank you very much!!!

I went into today (Jan 31st) and I had the young lady help me fix an issue with a package being shipped to me. She was wonderful. Give her a raise. I was dressed in all brown while on the clock.

Amazing employees who are fast, attentive, and patient. People (aka Karens) who whine and complain will be sorry if FedEx or UPS takeover because for them, it's all about profit. United States Postal Service workers are the consummate professionals!!! Thank you!!! P.S. My only recommendation is to replace Louis Dejoy and his XPO Logistics.

Melody is one of the most helpful clerks Ive ever met working for USPS. The Parkland location has kind employees who are very good at explaining the mail processes. I never assume a business can do anything because ALL including the Post Office have required processes & regulations they must follow. My spouse has been shipping different sized items he sells randomly online. Melody knows the rules and has been very good at helping us insure items arrive in the timeframe we need without issues like damage or customs problems. She has kept us from experiencing misshipments by pointing out address errors that our buyers may have given us as well. We greatly appreciate her kindness and excellent work ethic!!

This time the line was short & even though there were only 2 workers taking customers (as usual), it was going very fast. The woman who helped me was very nice & empathetic & took care of my needs super quickly while also apologizing for me even having to come out there- even though it's not her or any mail staff/company/etc's fault. Our mailboxes were all broken open & we all have to pick up our mail at the post office now as a result (just like most of everyone these days). She deserves a raise! She's always super nice, efficient, knowledgeable & truly seems to actually care! This is the woman who works the farthest from the door. She goes above & beyond & I always hope she's the one ready to help me when I go in (even though that's not always the case lol).

Very fast service and friendly staff. Probably the best post office visits I've had in years and that's including multiple states I've lived in...That's not to say that the others I've visited in Colorado & Arizona weren't professional and tried hard, but this Tacoma location seem to have a bit more sincerity. ( my experiences have always been Mid-day to afternoon, and always been Monday-Friday..(I'm not sure if that anything to do with it). 9/10 for this post office.

Jeremy went above and beyond to help me. Absolutely incredible customer service both times coming in. Even among having a line out the door, he still found time to have patience and kindness with the situation I was dealing with. So thankful for his diligence and hard work!

Blessings! I recently had a wonderful experience with the staff at this location! I was expecting packages from my dad whom resides in California. When they arrived I was able to open all the lock boxes with the keys given expect one. I called the post office and a lady by the name of Dynetta(forgive me if I spelled that wrong) was my first point of contact, and I'm glad she was! Have you ever had an experience with someone where you felt the genuineness and sincerity coming from them? That was my experience. She resolved my issue that same day within the hour and spoke to me with nothing but kindness. Hats of to the carrier that came back and left a new key for me so I could get my package! Thank you for being a light in the midst of chaos. Stay blessed!

This is my usual post office and I haven't had a negative experience with the regular employees there. They are all very kind and patient, and help me with anything I need. I was especially impressed with the great mood they all seemed to be in during the mad December holiday shipping rush. I'm not sure why this location isn't getting great reviews, it really is a great post office.

Staff was pleasant when I came in due to a misunderstanding. Jeremy was extremely helpful and kept his word about calling me with more information about the package. Great job Jeremy! Really appreciate your time and effort.

First, I would like to say that Ms./Mrs. SARA (CLERK 21) DID AN AMAZING JOB at the counter, she kept a perfect positive attitude towards all customers before me and a few after me, that I was able to witness. A few gentlemen before me and I had STRONGLY AGREED that she was moving as effieciently as she did and she surely was handling all her customers with such care!! I saw about 5 workers enter and exit a door behind the counter and had thought that they had no care to assist. FINALLY after being in line for a little over 15min, another lady worker, no smile or positive attitude by the way, walks to the counter and speaks out loudly with instructions to those who have such transactions to be done. My daughter and I were assisted by SARA and my daughter also agreed that she worked hard to assist all customers before us. To see a worker to be as efficient as she was to continue assisting her customers without scrounging for help, AND STILL WITH A SMILE, is an awesome way to show she has her customer service skills so kudos to her!! And Ms./Mrs SARA, if you get the chance to see this comment, I was the mother with her daughter who bought the LOVE postal stamps. You have done an amazing job and keep up the great work!!
**if I could comment any improvement that is needed to the staff there, it would be that they need to be able to stop and at least inquire or communicate with the ONLY person at the counter if they needed help!!

Always friendly and fast, the line moves right along. I'm not sure what ppl complaining are used to, but this post office is lovely compared to all of the other places I've lived, it's about 5x faster.

I've used this place a lot to mail packages and these people are very kind and patient even if you have 40 packages to mail at one time. I have had good service every time.

Great post office staff. They put up with some idiot customers, unreasonable demands, the whole spectrum of rudeness, and always have a smile and cheerful greeting for me.

There was an issue with holding my mail but the wonderful women working here were very helpful with locating it. Keep up the great work!

Called in to get my mail box key and I spoke to the guy who delivers our mail and was very helpful and I like how he took care of us since we are new local home owners
