Last week I made several calls to customer service to have an issue resolved, with no satisfaction. In frustration, I went to this store and in less than 10 minutes Cam had it resolved. Kudos to Cam for welcoming me so warmly and being so well informed.

I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a TMobile feeling so much joy. My phone was rejecting the new SIM card I was trying to put in but Johnathon and Emony we’re so kind and thoughtful as they worked with me trying different solutions…And we all cheered three hours later when it finally worked. They were truly a joy. I never thought I’d feel so strongly about TMobile but here we are. 5 out of 5 stars. 10 out of 10. Best phone carrier experience I’ve ever had.

All three representatives (Kelly, Cedric and Troy) were SUPER helpful, patient while we made a family decision to change carriers, and efficient! We were out of the store in less than an hour with all 4 phones changed over and a bottom line monthly price that was a $60+ monthly savings than the other carrier. AND we all now have 4 bars of service in our area. We now have FREE Netflix (saving another $25 per mo) as a TMobile customer. The Patterson Place team also gave us lots of "goodies" and turned us on to TMobile Tuesdays app. We could not be happier for the easy savings nor more appreciative of the reps in this store.

I had an outstanding experience switching to T-Mobile at this location. I had tried to do everything online to take advantage of recent BOGO promotions, but I was told that I had to do things in-person since I had locked my credit report (after an ID theft scare earlier).
Leah (Lea? Sorry if I misspelled it) was great to work with. Between going over different phone options for the 3 lines I was porting, helping me pick accessories, handling the the credit report lock issue with a manager, guiding me through the steps to take with my son's new phone and my wife's SIM card, porting 3 numbers, activating my phone (and waiting on an iOS update), she worked with me patiently and professionally for nearly 2 hours. She even offered to install the screen protectors for the 2 new phones while waiting for the iOS update/reboot to finish.
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression, or so the saying goes. Well, T-Mobile @ Witherspoon, and Leah specifically, absolutely aced the first impression.

I had a very positive experience upgrading my phone and my husband's. Through phone calls, we initially compared programs between T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT & T. Julio was very informative and convinced us that T-Mobile offered us the most advantages that align with our priorities. I then worked with William and John in getting the upgrades on our two phones. They both were courteous and efficient in handling all the details. Additionally, they were patient in explaining the process to me, given that I am "tech deficient." The T-Mobile trade-in program was an attractive benefit. Overall, highly satisfied.

I had spent 16 hrs over a period of 5 months on the phone with 20 T-Mobile customer service people to resolve a returned item that was not properly logged into the warehouse. No connectivity between systems. They lost my return in the system and charged me. But I went to my local store and the manger Marquita was able to work thru part of the issues to get me the money that T-mobile withdrew from my account. Thank you Marquita

My phone crashed and Lael and William, the two associates working today, are so good at what they do and I knew I was in good hands. Smart, efficient and had all the answers to the questions I asked. I had taken my mum with me and they were both so kind to her; kindness goes a long way in this world. I intend to return to this location for another separate purchase and look forward to another wonderful experience.

Clean Store, Warm greetings, Reassured waiting, Knowledgeable employees (all of them) Not greedy but determined and honest. While I waited they kept simple but warm conversations that kept moi from feeling impatient and/or annoyed. Tommy was my customer service rep I haven't had a cellphone since the iPhone 4s came out and I went in there with the determination to get the iPhone 7+ he and the store manager plus a training manager went over and beyond. Medically I am not well I couldn't stand for long they went to the back and got a chair even when they found out they didn't have the exact phone in stock that I wanted, they called another store and actually went to go get it. He setup the phone (normal I kno) BUT! He set up my phone and he also added moi emails and made sure my cloud was working he tested the phone he suggested practical accessories without being greedy for a sale. Tommy you rock and thank all of you so very much

The staff went above and beyond to help my wife and I get new phones ordered and set up. I was really impressed with their patience and willingness to help. They weren't even phased by our 4 year old running laps around the store. We'll definitely be back.

MY experience with the new T-Mobile store in Durham off of 15-501 , was truly outstanding and awesome Customer service. They helped us in getting our services switched over with no hassel. They showed us different phones , what they do and what they do for our needs. I would highly recommend t-mobile to my friends, family and anyone who needs a phone. I would like to thank you and special shoutouts to Brittany J and Lea and store manager Moe.

Just came from the Patterson Place T-Mobile store where the service was outstanding and the plan is great. I knew T-Mobile had the best plan for long term international phone use (short of getting local sim cards in other countries), but the folks at this store made the whole transition from Verizon to T-Mobile effortless. I just gave them information they needed and walked out with every aspect complete. Phone plan switched, draft payment complete, pin, password, EVERTYHING. The whole switch was seamless. And much better deal than Verizon with senior discount. Thanks so much for your help.

Hello, I don't usually take time to do this, but I just have to, this time. I'm so impressed by the customer service given me by William Smallwood at the Patterson Place T Mobile store. He was so decent, even though he knew my particular situation wasn't going to bring him a commission. He fielded all my requests with patience (and, my cluelessness). He anticipated what I'd need before I realized it and handled each task with graciousness. Smart guy and great attitude. I intend to continue turning to him for assistance in the future -- hope you take good care of him to keep him here (e.g. how about surprising him with a raise!) He's a keeper, for sure.

I regret not asking their names but the two associates were friendly, personable, and professional. They were both helpful, kind, and answered every question we had. They made getting a new phone and switching providers easy and did everything they could to ensure they got us the best plan and deals for our needs. They went above and beyond. Q is the best manager. I recommend this location over any other locations. He was very helpful and had amazing customer service. Just outstanding!!! It’s the manager for me!!!
