Thanks to the employees for going above and beyond to assist me. I was in the process of sending a money order to an online scammer, and the employees helped recover my package before it was sent out. Much appreciated!

For mailing a package experience, the employees are very nice there, and help you with it!

Friendly, needs longer hrs. Closes to early.

Mon- Sat deliveries are always good. Sunday deliveries are either misdelivered or sheeted as no access or no such number.

I find this location inefficient and difficult to navigate thru. The only allow 2 people at a time inside the office and the staff is exceptionally rude. I avoid this branch at all costs. I understand that it is a small branch in a small town, but with every experience I have here - I lose more & confidence with USPS. P.S. I almost got run over while out for a run by our mail lady :( I stopped but she kept going!

This review is not about the Edwardsburg post office.
It is in fact about the post office in general.
I sent a package to Ukraine on Dec. 19. It never arrived.
That person in Ukraine sent simple Christmas card to me here in USA before 19th.
It never arrived!
I sent Christmas card to friend in Evansville Indiana about the same time.
It never arrived!
And these people want to increase stamp prices?
They need to roll back prices until they shape up.
I have no confidence in USPS to deliver anything, anymore.

One year the mail carrier broke a Christmas gift, it was a snow globe by throwing it at my door rather than walking up and placing it there. And a time sensitive package for someone's birthday that was supposed to be delivered this weekend never made it. Cause 1: they left before it could be put on their truck
2: they had it on the truck but never made an attempt to deliver it and lied that I wasn't home when I was. or
3: they put my package on a different postal route.
Edwardsburg postal office and their carriers are terrible. They need new staff and new carriers.

The post office in Edwardsburg is a prime example of why the USPS is going down the drain our mail carrier is lazy weve gotten all kinds of damaged mail because she crams it into the box . And we get the wrong mail weekly makes me wonder what I've missed because my mail went to the wrong address

Absolutely the worst crew of USPS "workers." 16 years of absolute rudeness and laziness!
