The owners are great they communicate great I like the beauty supply store I'm from New York City and their store is just like a New York City store. Very pleasant people well-stocked with their products and very convenient. Good prices and very frendly staff. I love the fact that he orders my magic fiber for me and gray magic. Ty guys

can’t believe it was my first time here but omg the options are endless. they have jewelry and perfume oils here too in addition to a huge selection of hair and nail and beauty products! this place is amazing

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Very welcoming. Has Any type of hair bundles you could think of!! I came in for extensions and I saw so many different options almost over whelming because of how many options there are. Definitely will be coming here a lot more often.

I come here for ALL of my hair care needs. I send all of my family and friends here for their hair cate needs as well. The staff are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful! There has never been one time that I've been here and I wasn't helped or staff wasn't friendly. Thank you all for being so hospitable and kind!

I haven't visited this store in THREE years and had refused to ever go back again....until today. Three years ago, a gentleman(if you can call him that) was asked to assist me and was VERY unprofessional and impatient. ALOT of black women and men are very particular about what they put in or on their hair. We can't put anything and everything in it. Customers need someone who's going to be helpful, courteous and patient. HE WAS NOT. I thought if this is the best they have to assist you, I'll take my money elsewhere and did so. I took a chance on going today because they do carry a product that I love and couldn't seem to find elsewhere.

FAST FORWARD: The very young lady that assisted me today was courteous, professional and very patient and I told her and her boss how much I appreciated her. I wished she was there 3 years ago.

As a side note: I was informed upon checkout the gentleman that assisted me 3 years ago has long been fired. Good Riddance!

Best service hands down . You wouldnt think they have Ghost Bond . Or She is Bomb . They have it allllll. Anything you need they have it or can get it. Really a hidden gem in beauty supply stores. Love these guys

It was fully stocked with products, that not found in Walmart. They were friendly and helpful. I'll be back , it's my go to store for my needs

Me, my mom, and sister visited this store on our trip and they had some of the cutest accessories. The guy at the counter was really nice and had a good sense of humor. They also have a good selection of hair. If we ever come back we will visit this store again.

I have been going here since moving to FL 4yrs ago...and never had disappointing service....ifr the wig does not say human hair and also that you can dye the hair... OK ..I have purchased...if it does not say that....than you get whatever you pay for...mostly I buy crochet braids and weft human hair because I make my own wig caps....I love the store and think customer service is great...please... just ask them for help....

Been going here since forever. The staff is absolutely amazing, they all offer help whenever you need it. They are always kind and welcoming. I always find what I’m looking for, I always leave happy!

It was really decent. I got help by the lady in the store to find my hair. They was very patient even though my son was knocking down all their merchandise in the store. I also got some cute shoes that were on sale.

They have expand the store, and a lot of hair, facial, products available. Even items you did not expect to find it is there. You cannot plan to buy one thing in this store, you end up getting more things. Love it.

Ok so I had my sis wedding. Was trying to find hair extensions. Looked everywhere and all were expensive/ bad quality/ color not matching. I went there and found a natural hair extension, that was half the price of what other places charged, and the color matched my natural hair color. Couldn't be any happier ! They helped me to find the perfect hair extensions 💕💕💕 very happy and satisfied with everything.

I love this hair spot. This is always my go to when needing any hair. They have so many different selections, and they were the first hair store to even have the ombre braiding hair and I absolutely loved it. They are also very nice and help anytime u need it and are very patient with you

They have almost everything you would need for hair. Staff is amazing. He knows what he has and is willing to take his time and go into the back to get what you want. I highly recommend this store

Probably the best beauty supply store in Melbourne. Just like my Texas beauty supply stores! They have everything you need and they are nice, helpful and not too expensive at all. I LOVE IT!
