Hardee’s

I ordered two biscuits on very light biscuits. The bread had hot sauce on it and the patty was burnt. However, Ronnie in the drive thru was awesome. His friendly manner made my morning.

I had a cinnamon roll and it was perfect. It was so nice an worm fresh. Soft drink was great. The inside was very clean an the table tops were wiped down very well. 😁I could tell by looking that the kitchen area was also very clean. Very nice girl took my order an was filled promptly.
Even the restrooms were clean an stocked. Overall it was the best fastfood restaurant I have been in in a while.
Not even any trash in the parking lot.
Seem like the crew was working together to take care of every customer weather walking in or the drive thru. This restaurant was working like a fine old machine. Ever the manager said good morning to me, an a fue other people inside.

Hardee's makes the best steak egg and cheese biscuit. I'll go out of my way to find a Hardee's, and this location was great.

This Hardee’s know how to do it right! Went through the drive thru. All my food was hot and delicious. That Hardee’s in New Hope needs to come take lessons from y’all. Look at this beautiful chicken.

Look, it's a Hardey's, that said it is likely the best run Hardey's I've ever gone to.

The morning crew here are a great group of people. Managed to get there in time for breakfast. Had a steak biscuit, and a sausage biscuit with hash rounds. Was very good, hot, and fresh. Got to get in and try thier lunch next time. This is how its done, this crew knows how to treat the customers, and keep them coming back. I know I will.

Love our 5 points Hardees. I take my children here for breakfast a few times a week. The staff is always friendly a d the food is always hot and fresh. The brick and mortar could use an update. Would be a 5/58 they could give us a fresh new remodel on this location. Thats all it needs!

I would say that I’m impressed with this place I stopped by this morning and came inside to eat the guy at the register must be somewhat new however another employee roughly around the same age probably 16 to 18 had seen his coworker was struggling with the register and he watch over him for a min to allow him time to figure it out and he then jumped right in to help love going to a place and watching this younger generation helping each other

Fairly quick service. Got there early early and the staff was still smiling and polite. Not grumpy and gritty.

This 5 stars isn't for Hardee's but for the young man who helped us yesterday. I was riding bikes with my kid when we decided to stop into Hardee's at around 4:30PM. The dining room was closed. The young man there had been there since 2PM by himself as no one else showed up to work. He apologized for the inconvenience but offered to accommodate us at the drive-thru. He was so polite and his customer service was wonderful. He was all smiles and just so nice! Hardee's, you should probably treat your employees better if you'd like them to show up. The guy yesterday, though, deserves a raise. He was a top notch human!

Even though short staffed (like most places), food is good and employees are respectful. Lady behind the counter apologized I had to wait a few minutes when they had a drive thru line out to the road and several other people inside.

I had run some errands and I stopped here to pick up lunch. I had some coupons with me so I got the Double Cheeseburger and I tried the Roast Beef Sandwich. Both items tasted Great! The Roast Beef Sandwich had enough beef for two sandwiches! And the bun it was on was very tasty! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Always stop by in the morning to grab a biscuit when the drive thru is not full and out to the road. Service is good , people are nice, but always check your bag before you leave just to make sure nothing was left out, I'm sure it's not intentional because they are always busy and food always great.
2 loaded omlet biscuits and a sausage is the usual. And of course it's always delicious the biscuits are great . Every now and then one will be left out but they always correct it.

Was bad for long time ...but went back that Day....now it's good🤗

Fast and good food...only thing I saw that I didnt like was it was really busy and they looked under staffed. And the employees were running and working as fast as they could and the one manager was screaming..(and I mean lound enough us customers could here her through the whole restaurant)..and those poor employees. The front counter girl seemed to be alone doing four peoples job just to get torn into my the manager for one mistake!! How the employees stay so friendly and give their best to the customers when treated like that is beyond me.. But they do make the experience! Especially the girl at front counter she never missed a smile or a order.

Great steak biscuits!!! The 5 Points location consistently puts out fresh, hot buttermilk biscuits- the best in town!! Steak biscuits are 2 for $3.50 right now, so you can't beat the price, also!

This Hardee's has the omelette biscuit! And great food and service!
