The Children's Place

Staff was very polite and the inventory was great! Lots of cute options and sizes for my kids. The store is huge!!

Great selection of toddler attire, and also great help from staff.

Highly upset to drive across town and the doors were LOCKED!! There is no reason why the employees should be closing up BEFORE closing time. If the children’s place close at 7 PM then that’s when the store should close. Not 630 not 645 but 700 PM people!! If you don’t want to work baby find you a new job !!! Reading the reviews I’m not the only one complaining about this issue corporate should really do something about this !!! Or switch the store to online only !!

I have shopped with Children's Place since my son was a baby. The customer service has really gone down. This store use to have kind and friendly employees. They were rude and very unconcerned about there customers and only concerned with gossip.

I love Children's Place because of the quality clothes, affordable prices, and the rewards, but be on the lookout when you get to the register because customer service is not a priority there. I wish I knew names, but there were 2 girls there tonight with terrible customer. They both had attitudes and rushed me and the other customer that was checking out. When I informed them of how nasty their attitudes were, they became very defensive. The sad part was that 1 of them was a manager. I wouldn't be surprised if The Children's Place became an online only business because good customer service is not what they're selling.

It’s 5:45 pm and I drove 40 minutes to get here for the doors to be locked meanwhile staff member let others come out the store. I called the store to ask while the store doors are locked during business hours and no answer. School starts this week and I have a in-store pick up order.

Them girls be acting like they're doing you a favor by ringing you up. This was my second time there and both times got treated the same way. We'll continue to go to the one in gulfport.

Ladies and the Turtle Creek crossing in Hattiesburg we're rude and not friendly at all!! They didn't greet you and when you ask a question they caught a attitude. You're best way out is to shop online!!

The products and prices are definitely favorable however I have never had a pleasant experience with the personnel especially the manager 👎🏼
