This was a really, truly amazing experience! I didn't dine at the restaurant in person, but I had food from this restaurant DoorDashed to my house, and it was delicious. Our little group of 3 consisted of 2 adults and one child. For the kid's meal, we ordered Ranchy Chicken and Rice. I tasted it and it was delicious: The chicken had not a single bit of bone or fat in it; the cucumbers on the side tasted really fresh, the rice had such a satisfying rich taste to it, and the parmesan crisps on the side were so crunchy and I could feel the flavors dancing in my mouth! Everyone else was met with the very same reaction with their food: It was fresh-tasting and healthy. Everything was very reasonably priced; inexpensive and great tasting! My mother (who'd joined me for dinner) said that usually when she ordered DoorDash, she felt guilty because the food was greasy and unhealthy, but that she didn't feel that at all with the food from Sweetgreen! And I have to agree; everything tasted so fresh and healthy that it was impossible to think of it being anything other than that. Overall an excellent experience! Five stars!

First time ordering fastest delivery via DoorDash. The bowl was very large enough for two people and very fresh and tasty. Feeling lucky to have Sweetgreen in Madison downtown. There are not many healthy options out there. This is perfect!

Roasted sweet potatoes were delicious accompanied by fantastic sauce.

The taste and quality of the food was great. But the portions are really small for what you pay for. I can pay the same price and get double the quantity at Chipotle or Forage Kitchen.

I heard about sweet green opening, and was excited to try it. Today I ordered it for lunch via door dash. My food arrived on time, and the order was correct. All veggies were fresh and tasted good, but unfortunately the chicken in my pesto bowl had a very similar texture to canned chicken (I know it's advertised as roasted, and not much flavor. I was unable to continue to eat the chicken. The hot sauce also had a very funky aftertaste, and is genuinely very mild. The foccacia was honestly most disappointing to me. I'm used to foccacia having a nice crust and a very airy structure and chew on the inside. This bread is dense and, flat, and lacks both crisp and rosemary (which is advertised as the flavor.) We all have different tastes, and this may be a very convenient (expensive) healthy option for some, but unfortunately for me the price and quality don't quite match up.

Ordered a create your own salad from door dash and it was dry because they forgot the crema dressing. The tofu was good kinda salty tho.

a bit over priced for this size! $15!! veggies are fresh but wild rice not well done. Prefer chipotle a lot more fuller and affordable.

Got a bowl here tonight and my rice is very hard, like hard enough to break a tooth. Very disappointed and hungry:(

Poor service aside (I wouldn't expect college students to be enthusiastic about their part time job) the food I had today was horrible. The rice was so hard I almost chipped a tooth and it left with me with a toothache for hours. It's a lawsuit just waiting to happen for someone who wasn't as lucky and ends up actually chipping their tooth. Never going back again.

Went to sweetgreen today....worthless trip. Out of miso glazed salmon, blackbeans, spicy cashew dressing and bread. Wish I would of known this before I bought anything.

Gross. Just genuinely not well made at all. Also they took my money when I ordered on UberEats after randomly closing three hours early, before I even placed my order. I wasn’t able to get it back. So annoying.

doesn’t allow you to cancel any orders, or get refunded. delivery system is not up to standard, food delivered to the wrong address with no solution or refund.
