Gio's Italian Ice & More

A small place but a huge lovely attention.
We had 4 different ice creams and beer float and it was delicious. The owner was super sweet, and she even gave us an ice cream gift for my sister’s birthday!!

If you're looking for delicious Italian ice, go here! I recommend Gio's specialty with mango Italian ice and vanilla soft serve. It's seriously so good. I do wish there was better seating, but definitely check it out.

Had the craving for something sweet, Gio's had a little bit of everything. Right away we received a warm welcome from whom I believe was the owner. I ordered a Banana Split, spouse a Butter Crunch Sundae and my daughter a Gelato. Really enjoyed our treats and our visit. Definitely returning.

The owners are absolutely lovely at this mom and pop shop. The ice cream is so fresh and delicious. I also had the Italian Ice and that was just bomb. The owners let us try anything we wanted before we picked our final flavors and we’re so kind!! Highly recommend!!

Went here for the first time tonight! The couple who owns this shop is absolutely adorable and so sweet. I was having a rough week and they made my day chatting with me! The Gio’s specialty was amazing and everything is made fresh in the store. Can’t wait to come back and keep supporting this shop!

If you’re in the Viera area, this is a MUST HAVE! The Italian ice is amazing and the staff are friendly & attentive. This has become a go-to for our family. In addition to having great ice, they are super active in the community. Win-win!
***Added: This was my daughter’s cake - Gio’s Special - mint chip w/chocolate. It is perfectly sweet & balanced. I don’t like chocolate ice cream but I will be helping my daughter finish this before it gets too old.***

My Name is Hunter and I worked for Gio's for 3 years and I wanted to add my personal experience Keith, Marie, and Larry are wonderful owners with great advice, support, and always offering a helpful hand on everything. I loved working for them, and I worked for them hard. They were the best bosses I ever had and I miss them dearly. They were always working with me on my schedule and always helping me be a better person, worker, and human. They are my 2nd family and I am so lucky that they took a chance on me to help run the store. Everything is made fresh there and no other place does what they do for the Brevard Community. Please continue to support them as they are the hardest workers I have ever met. Just my experience and I would work for them all over again in a heartbeat. I love my Gios Family

We went there to get after dinner ice cream. There was a guy who was from NY. We also just moved from NY so talked with him for a while. He was SOOOO nice and felt like talking with neighbor in NY! Ice creams were of course super good! He said that their ice creams are made by his wife! We felt that! Perfect sweetness and creamy🤤 We will go there to get ice creams instead of getting at other chain stores:D

The lady who served us was very friendly, the gelatos were delicious, the root beer float was perfect, you have to visit it!

My daughter loved the Italian ice. I got myself the cannoli’s and a knish. They were absolutely amazing!! The woman behind the counter was an absolute gem of a woman!! So sweet and helpful! Definitely going back for more and to try new things!

Terrific find on our short trip to Space Coast. The ladies here are so nice & friendly! My daughter loved the Green Apple & Grape Italian ice. The vanilla soft serve 🍦 ice cream is yummy too… not sweet. A definite visit if you are on the Space Coast!

Wonderful customer service. We tried so many things on the menu! The tiramisu is fantastic, Cherry Italian ice is phenomenal, and the house made vanilla soft serve is the best!

Went here after dinner and was greeted by the owner I believe. He was so unbelievably nice and welcoming. I cannot rave enough about how he made sure we were absolutely taken care of in every single little detail, from care in packaging our ice cream, to telling us all about what was offered. This will be the only place I go for now on, he made our night! Thank you so much, friendliness really goes a long way .

The best Italian ice we've ever had. An amazing family owned business too. The owners are the sweetest couple. We came in with our 1 year old son, and they noticed he was teething, so they gave us a free kids Italian ice. Our son loved it and they won us over! We've been going there since they opened, but this time was so special. We will come back way more often now, especially since our son loves it!

Went here on my husband's birthday and discovered a hidden gem. Not only is the ice cream delicious but the Italian ice is phenomenal. Incredible consistency in flavor and texture, definitely coming back.

Just visited this place for the first time. The woman helping us, who I think was the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Tried both the gelato and the Italian ice, and they were among the best my wife and I have ever had. Will definitely be back any time we are back up in this part of Brevard!

We bought a birthday cake here for a Sky Zone party. It's within walking distance of the trampoline park, so it was very convenient. The Gio's Special cake was phenomenal. We selected gelato with layers of cotton candy Italian ice (no cake). It was a huge hit, and we can't wait to get one for our next party. Highly recommend!

My family and I love Italian Ice and Gelato. This place has by far the best I've had. The flavors of Italian Ice in Gio's Specialty are so diverse you could visit every day for a month and still not have had every combination. Lots of great Gelato options as well. This is now my family's go-to spot.
