Broken S22 phone screen. Dropped it off in the morning and came back in the afternoon for pickup.

They were unfortunately unable to fix it and only charged me for labor which is completely understandable.

We had a billing issue which they were completely able to promptly resolve.

It's not everyday a company makes things right. This is one of those honest companies.

These guys are great. Over the top service and extremely good prices on their phones. Went way overboard for helping us get all of our issues taken care of and a professional and friendly way. I feel really supported by the staff here and the store is clean as a whistle finish

We needed new iPhones so we stopped at Cellular Conextion in St Augustine, Florida on Rte 1 south. Ethane saw us at the counter and we told him what we were looking for. He was amazing on explaining the different I phones and we both purchased IPhones 13. I cracked the back of my iPhone and dropped it off for repair. It was replaced within hours. The person who did the work was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend.
