This is the best location of Piper and Scoot. My experience at fashion place today proved that beyond a doubt in my mind. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and frequently asked if I need any help. It’s nice to feel welcomed in such a beautiful store. ✨

I love the clothing and customer service at Piper & Scoot! I think the clothes are unique and excellent quality and the employees are very responsive and down to earth.

I visited the Farmington location, and had an absolute blast. I was visiting UT from out of town, and was introduced to Piper & Scoot thinking it was just another boutique store. I was proven wrong. The experience we had, for a girls weekend shopping trip, will go down in the memory book. Granted it was the Grand Opening weekend, but aside from the festivities and energetic vibe, the staff was SO fun and truly made the experience from beginning to end so much fun. I'm not typically one to take up a sales associates pitch on the 'personal shopper' offer, but Alex went above and beyond to help put together outfits and give honest feedback. With the help of the sales girls, we walked out of the store with outfits for several occasions (fall dress, comfy Saturday, chic school pick-up outfit).

Between the employees and the clientele in the store, the environment that Piper & Scoot has created is something that would draw be back in over and over again. Congrats on the new store, and I cannot wait to visit again and see the fully decorated dressing rooms (the 'waiting room', was so gorgeous, and I'm told it's not even finished!).

I’m late posting this review, because my experience was a couple weeks ago, but I love this store! Beyond just the adorable clothes, the staff is SO HELPFUL! I was desperate and got there literally three minutes before they closed, but Caelee and Xela were so helpful and saved my butt! My online order couldn’t be fulfilled because of one of the items, but they found me a perfect substitute and I think I like it better than the original dress I ordered. Can’t wait to go back!

This store has the cutest clothes!!! I had the best experience here. Zoe was awesome helping me find some new outfits, while helping keep my kiddos entertained so I could try things on. I will definitely be coming back!

I had the best time! I wasn’t planning on buying or even trying anything on BUT everything was so cute! The cute girl helping us was so helpful, so kind, and made sure that I was having a 10/10 experience!

I used to love piper and scoot but now they have horrible customer service and rude employees. I ordered an item for in store pickup and they claim they called me to let me know the item was there, they did not. They then sent my item out to the wrong address without my knowledge, it got returned to sender and they refuse to give me a refund even though they have the item back. They used to be a great small business but now that has all changed

Piper and scoot needs to start holding their employees accountable for the unprofessionalism being spoken to potential clients THEY are seeking. As a photographer I’m disgusted on your “hiring” process. WHY look to hire and scout models if your “list” is very full? Also what company that “holds” a professional standard leaves potential hires ghosted? Maybe your team that hires models should do their job and respond?… or respond with a simple “ thank you for your interest with us, but we are maxed out on our model list and would like to keep you in mind in the future!” I truly hope you re group as a company and team and figure out how to handle difficult situations and how to navigate them PROFESSIONALLY with a response. You guys have no idea what you’re doing and have a god awful photographer.

Plenty of photographers and models have now seen how you speak to people and hopefully they don’t work with any of you in the future.

I bought 4 dresses from their store and every one of them ripped. Everytime I buy from them I regret it. Quality is so bad and the prices are so high. I’ve finally learned my lesson.

I bought my wife a bunch of clothes for Christmas from Piper & Scott. My wife did not like the selection and Piper & Scoot refused to return both online and in-store. Strongly recommend not buying from P&S unless you can try them on in the store and are 100% sure the clothing is to your satisfaction.
