I just bought my new Specialized Ruby from Spoke Life and I’ve received the best customer service of any bike store that I’ve been to. I’m from Columbus and visited many stores and tried many bikes in my area before making the drive to Spoke Life and once I did that decided where I was purchasing my bike. On the phone or in person they have the most knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic staff. Their level of enthusiasm for bikes and cycling makes me want to work there. Kathryn was amazing to work with and I couldn’t be happier with my new bike. I highly recommend Spoke Life to anyone interested in a new bike or needing some expert advice.

I came in wanting to have my vintage bike's bearings serviced as parts are difficult to come by and I was having trouble gathering information on how to do it myself online.

While I wasn't able to have the bearings serviced in-store (which is completely understandable for such an old bike), everyone was very helpful and friendly, and even recommended a mechanic that would be able to have it serviced at. I will certainly be returning to this shop if I need anything for my bike.

Very helpful and informative staff. They spent over 3 hours with me and my wife. Highly recommend them for your next bike purchase.

I would give them 22 stars if I could. Great shops and amazing people. Don and the crew can help you turn a great bike into an amazing dirt hucking machine.

Best bike shop around!! Hands down. I remember the first time walking in, knowing nothing about moutain biking and never felt judged like at other places. I bought my first moutain bike from them and bought another. Sam and Kat are the best, very knowledgeable and friendly and the owner Don is great! I wish I could give 6 stars.

The people are incredible, knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and super friendly. I bought a used bike that was pretty old, I wrote it for about six months and the gears were sticking. I took it in to have it looked at, they made some adjustments, I picked it up yesterday and it was like a new bike! Although they sell nicer bikes and mine was pretty old, they never made me feel like I had a substandard bike or that it is too old to worry about. These people are incredible and I appreciate all they do!!!

These are the most friendly courteous and helpful people you’ll find in any business in Perrysburg. Oh, and by the way, I didn’t even buy my bike here But they took care of me quickly and professionally just like I was a long time customer

Wow the staff here are amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. We are new to biking and the manager doesn't a half hour explaining all the ins and outs for us. We bought two bikes and they are amazing. Will put together and very cool looking!

Went in recently to have my Trek road bike tuned up- since it had been several years. Overall the service and staff were OUTSTANDING. Very honest with pricing. No reason to go anywhere else if need to buy a bike or have your current bike serviced.

I am happy with Spoke Life. So far I have bought 5 bikes from them, and I see another one for my wife and 11 year old daughter soon. I know my friends have bought at least 5 more bikes from them based on my referrals. That is only going to happen if I am really happy with a shop.

Both their Perrysburg and Sylvania locations are great places to stop by and check things out. They just doubled the size of their Perrysburg Store, so it is time to stop by and check things out even if you are not quite ready to buy. You can always learn a bit about the latest developments in the bike world, and what will make you happy. They always have a nice inventory of great bikes and knowledgeable and friendly people working there. If you are a beginner or expert this is the place for you.

Any bike you buy from them, will be of great quality and will last and stay like new with a minimum amount of effort.

Enjoy your ride, you are going to have a great time.

Just had the cranks on my decade old single speed commuter replaced. It's like riding a new bike! Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and very cool, but not in a Jack Black, High Fidelity too cool for you kind of way. They never make you feel dumb about your lack of knowledge. Great people, great service, great place!

This place is amazing! I’ve purchased my bike through them and they were wonderful to deal with! They set it up perfectly and did everything quickly. If you’re getting a bike this is the best place you can get one! The owner is a wonderful person and the prices are amazing!

I'll keep this review short but "meaty."

Employees are incredibly knowledgeable. Don and Rob were beyond friendly and made sure to answer all my question and shoot the breeze a little.

They helped myself, my wife, and a friend get sized on a bike. They even let me ride an expensive fatbike around the back lot.

It was an awesome experience at a local business. I will be coming back for all my bike needs.

UPDATE: I took my newly purchased bike into the shop for setup and tuning. Don took care of it and it was perfect. Turnaround time was awesome and price wasn't bad at all. Will come back for further tuning once I get some miles on the bike.

After a few decades of not riding I decided to pull out my 1978 vintage Sears & Roebuck "Free Spirit" 10-speed and start riding again! I quickly discovered that new tires, tube, spoke, etc. were needed along with few other things, so I stayed local and went to Spoke Life Perrysburg, OH. Kathryn, Don, Seth and Rob have been GREAT in helping me out! I've put over 500-miles on this bike over the past 6-weeks, and have decided to possibly upgrade to something built in this century. I've already test rode one option and the Team at Spoke Life encourage me to find what is comfortable and right for me! I will continue my quest and hopefully make a decision and purchase soon.
If you're looking for "high quality" parts with friendly and professional service for your bicycle, This Is The Place!

Not only did I receive free advice on how to fix my own bike at home, but I then received great service at a surprisingly low price when I screwed my repair up and had to take it in for more seasoned hands to bring my 30-year-old bike back to life. It now rides better than it ever has in the 8 years I've owned it. I'd recommend anyone go to Spoke Life Cycles in Perrysburg to have their bike serviced.

If I could give 6 stars I would have! Long story even longer lol, my son and I looked long and hard for a bike for him. We checked out Google reviews of shops in Toledo and Sylvania and one thing I noticed was a lot of people writing about rude customer service. I thought that was kind of strange, I thought maybe bicyclists were just a "touchy", moody group of people. So we determined to personally check out each one ourselves just to see what kind of bikes were out there. To my surprise, I kind of found myself wanting to write a similar review. Not to go into long detail, but a couple of the shops pretty much drove me to happily spend my money at another shop. I can overlook edgy people for the most part, but I got the feeling they really didnt want to be bothered by my questions. In the end, as crazy as it sounds, we ended up in Ann Arbor and bought his bike there. As a matter of fact, I bought myself one too and I didn't even need one. My daughter's bike needed some work done to it. Since Spoke Life opened the earliest today (Sat.), we called them and after a short, pleasant conversation we headed to Perrysburg. Don immediately took her bike , told me right away what it needed, and fixed it while I waited. Worked great! My only regret is not finding out about them before we bought the other bikes, but they WILL have my business from here out! Thanks guys! Ps: Cyclewerks in Sylvania was also a good place I stopped at, I guess I'm not surprised, the two are affiliated from what I've heard. The place in west Toledo that starts with an "R", and ends with an " 's ", you could've sold me 2 bikes the day I was in there but there wasn't a chance you were getting a dime of my money. Sounds like you've earned every negative review you have. UPDATE: These folks are awesome. Took my bike in (2018). I was in a bad pinch to get it done, Don dropped what he was doing and took care of it and the bill was probably half of what I would have paid somewhere else. New shop they are moving to this week is off the hook!

Amazing folks. Was in the market for a mavic spoke wrench and I needed it the same day, they didn't have one in stock so they sold me one of theirs. I called a dozen other bike shops and not one offered. Good guys. Will come back to them when I'm ready for a new frameset.

I just got a Pelaton and I had no idea what I needed. Walked in and asked for shoes and the staff knew exactly what would work. Picked up shoes and clips and was out in a matter of minutes. I plan on heading back for another pair for my wife!
