I've had a lot of bad experiences previously with this location but I decided to give it a try and Dee was absolutely amazing!! She honestly needs a raise. Not only was she fast and speedy but she was so compassionate with each and every customer. She had over 15 people in her line and helped each and everyone within 10 mins. I really hope I get her again, Thank you so much Dee!!

Maya, who works out of the Ballantyne USPS office, delivered a box to my home today. I just want everyone to know what a wonderful,pleasant young lady she is. I had a lost package and they resolved their error so fast! I was contacted in one day and had my package the next:) I did not catch the name of the main gentleman that helped me but he was fantastic and so was Monique this morning. Thank you!

Not sure why this location has 1.5 stars. The staff are patient and helpful. They moved quickly through the line while still being able to address everyone’s questions and concerns.

OK, let’s face it, mail service has gotten pretty bad. Junk mail, packages and mail being delivered to the wrong address, long lines at the post office ... it does not look good. I thought for sure this was some concerted effort to “hurt” customers. Wait, that sounds awfully complicated, doesn’t it? Sure, there will always be some bad apples or newbies who don’t know what they’re doing but ... is it fair to paint everyone with the same brush? I went to this post office for a couple of reasons (Informed Delivery verification and lack of mail delivery at a new address) and the collective level of care and concern I witnessed definitely changed my mind about what is going on. This post office is as large as a warehouse. It serves one of the busiest and most demanding parts of Charlotte. Everyone I see here (and they’re not many) is just powering through all the workload. I know it’s hard to stomach all these mail delivery issues but taking it out on people who are overworked and underpaid does not seem logical. The problem is higher up the food chain. Take your frustration out on them. I see waaaay too many people enter this post office spewing venom as soon as they walk in and it’s simply unnecessary, misplaced, and downright rude negative energy. I think we can all do better.

I don't know what this location/team was like before, but for the past 2 weeks that I have needed postal services, the staff has been helpful, efficient and polite - especially Peggy. Thanks and keep it up!

It’s so packed. A super popular usps, but the women that work there are all extremely competent and great at their jobs and work as fast as they can. You have to wait because of the line, but that’s more of a heads up than a criticism.

After weeks of a missing a package a truly remarkable employee named Jamie went out of his way to help us locate it. He even made sure my missing package was delivered right before Christmas (that contained my children’s gifts from their grandparents) This employee truly went above an beyond. I can not thank him enough. This location has now guaranteed a customer for life. Thank you for all that you do!

The customer service was very professional! They greeted me nicely, serviced my needs and asked me if needed any stamps or other supplies! I realize it gets busy in there esp during holiday season but they still smile and greet you very pleasantly and get all your needs fulfilled!

Came in early to get help on shipping something internationally and Peggy was very patient with me and helped me fill out everything I needed to so I was on my way

I've been to this post office twice within a week and both times my the customer service was excellent and I was in and out in little time. There was a short line both times, but the staff was pretty efficient and it moved along pretty quickly.

Excellent service when we had our mail delivered through this post office. I feel they go above and beyond. One of the last few cards I received from a family member was misaddressed and still made it to us. Thank you!!

I was facing problem with my washer and contacted maintenance office for the same ,and they handled the matter very nicely especially LEON who helped me getting it fixed .thanks Leon for great help and overall I am loving the stay in apartment and society .👍

I really don't know why it has low reviews , I went there everybody smiles , I was helped by Jacqueline she was amazing also another employee was there he was very friendly and smiling. This is the post office to go to.
