Barefoot Bill's Island Grill

My husband and I came to this restaurant 2 times while on vacation in St. Augustine. The first time was ok...the second time we encountered these two great waitresses. They were amazing! Amanda and Danielle. The owner of this establishment should be well pleased with these women. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back our next vacation.

Everything about this place is great. The food the drinks the appetizers the waitress the atmosphere once again good sweet tea and it was connected to like a little small shopping center really big place. Highly recommend

Stopped in and was so happy we did! This Island Girl can't rave enough about the experience. I had the Pirate Burger and omg....so wicked good! The fries were so crispy delicious. If you're close by, give 'em a try.

The atmosphere was chill. The food was delicious, and it didn't take forever to come out of the kitchen. The portion sizes were perfect (okay, maybe a little large as I couldn't eat all my food 😂). I highly recommend the fried mushrooms!!! I can't say enough about the service either - they were talkative and personable. I cannot wait to visit again!

First time here. I just had the Caesar salad, but it was fresh and crispy, and the dressing was very good. Our server was friendly and fun! I'd go back and you should try it. There's a small shopping area attached as well.

Very quiet place. Outdoor seating is great. The waitresses are very friendly and courteous. Refreshing change to other high priced places which doesn’t give great service.

My parents and I have started a tradition of going to St. Augustine every year for vacation, and like anyone else, we enjoy trying new food. This was our favorite place out the entire week! Including, topping a fine dining Italian restaurant, staff was friendly and quick, I'm sure it can get crazy in there just like anywhere else, but it rocked!

The place is small but perfect. (My family of 5 )We order drinks and some alcoholic beverages, the fish and chips, coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, wings, tenders and bacon cheeseburger... the ticket was around 115 without the tip, which I consider a good price for the service and the location. Highly recommend 👌🏻 I wish I remembered the name of my waitress she was very very good with everything.

Friendly staff. Had the hurricane burger with fries. The burger was delicious. The fries were nicely seasoned. They went well with Guinness!

I dined alone during the very busy lunchtime on a sunny spring morning. I was treated courteously and seated at a small table near the circular bar. Prices were reasonable and my sandwich arrived promptly. My waitress was attentive but there was no pressure to finish my lunch quickly. When I did leave, I foolishly left a camera on my chair and had to return 15 minutes later. The waitress had been good enough to put the camera in a safe place behind the bar and I was very grateful for her honesty and thoughtfulness. Next time I am in St. Augustine I will definitely return to this great little cafe.

Melissa is an amazing waitress, she really loves what she does at this restaurant. Incredible food, the taste of the burgers are 1000% quality and I felt so welcome here. Her attitude was top of the line and offering us the best that they have. This is the first restaurant that we visited in St. Agustin and honestly was delicious. You guys rock and thanks for providing everything fresh and on time. We had a blast, super enjoyable time. Say hi to Melissa, and for sure we will come here next time. She deserves more than my respect and gratitude. Melissa you were the best on Feb 13 2021. Stay safe :)

We were looking for a quick light dinner. After looking at several options we decided to check out Barefoot Bill’s… we were happily surprised with the service & food!

We ordered deep fried mushrooms, hot & delicious! We had grilled fish tacos, a simple cheeseburger & a pirate cheeseburger.

We were really impressed with the flavor & freshness of each item. The fries were hot & tasty, so each of our food items were very good! The Yuengling beer on tap was cold & very refreshing, this place checks all the boxes for family friendly spot for burgers!

Was looking for a place that was kid friendly, not just a bar with food. It's not very big, although it does have an outdoor dining option. There was a line to be seated, but that just shows you that people really love this place, and while you're waiting you can browse the menu. I do think it's a little on the pricey side, but it is a tourist destination and I don't think anywhere else had anything cheaper that would compare with the awesome food they had. The waitresses were very friendly and very efficient, as were the kitchen staff. We went there during the night of lights and I think we waited longer to be seated than we did for our food. In less than 20 minutes after being seated we were served our food and had started eating and considering the restaurant was completely full, that blew my mind. Will definitely be back next visit to St Augustine!

Burger was cooked to perfection! Pasta salad was standard but tasty. Server's were very friendly and prompt....highly recommend if you're in the area 😊

My husband and I wanted a “good burger” today while out walking around the Historic District. We stopped at Barefoot Bills and had a wonderful burger and delicious fries! We sat at the bar and the service was quick and enjoyable and the food was exactly what we wanted. Would totally recommend for an awesome burger!

I work downtown and frequently eat there weekly. The staff is friendly and greets me by name, sweet tea is served almost asap, and they jokingly ask " fish tacos or shrimp basket"? Lol great times!

Best Philly steak I've had, and I've had a lot!

Definitely going back for another Shrimp PoBoy. A perfect spot to rehydrate, relax and cool down after walking around all morning. Tucked at the end of one of many indoor shopping plazas you'll find quick service, a convenient location and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and ice cold beverages. Our server read our vibe and provided service to match. Thank you!

I went on a rainy Monday evening and there was not very many people here so super easy to find a seat. There are a few tvs for sports fans. I got the fried shrimp po boy and it was delicious. My husband got the chicken strips and they make them from scratch. Wait staff was friendly and you get the small today vibe which is great and super welcoming. Angry orchard was on tap and it’s my favorite thing to drink on tap. They have a large selection of bottled drinks as well.
