Honest, fair, reasonable, and genuinely nice. If you are looking at downsizing your collection or just outright sell. I highly recommend Don and Critical games and hobbies to be the only place you go. His customer service is beyond reproach and you can see his genuine love for table top gaming.
I recently sold my collection of MTG (Magic the Gathering) card to Don. I admit I was very apprehensive at first because he wanted me to leave the collection with him to be evaluated. But like I said he was fair and honest with my collection. He gave me a fair price so I felt comfortable and I hope he was able to make money.
He has made me a customer for life, when my children are ready for table top gaming I will be taking them to Don.

I stopped in here to see if there was a list of how to collect pokemon cards. The owner gave me a run down now only on how collections work, but all the information I needed to know about starting a new collection. He was extremely helpful, super nice, and even the other customers are nice and helpful. It's a great group of people all together.

Donnie is very helpful and him and Jess are amazing with the kids! My son loves it here! A great Hobbie shop for our little community! Definitely recommend for all your gaming needs!

While they didnt have a very large selection of bolt action figures, they did seem really interested in creating a bolt action comunity, they were really kind and even gave me a few metal figures for free! I hope everyone that see's this tries to check them out! Their selections pretty small, but worth the drive!

My personal favorite game store in the area! Great community, great variety or products, and overall awesome place both for making a purchase and for sitting down to play! 11/10 best in the area!

Critical Games and Hobbies is the areas BEST game store. With a great selection of board games and Table Top Miniature Games, War Gaming, and of course RPG games; this place can’t be beat! They have a great selection of Pokémon Cards, Magic the Gathering and Flesh and Blood cards.

Not to mention Nick and Donnie are the best! They give you over the the top amazing service and both are extremely knowledgeable and excellent people.

My first time visiting the store a few years back I was hesitant and nervous. But after talking with Nick and a few regulars for an hour or so they really make you feel welcomed I got into D&D and everyone there is a great teacher, and friend! Critical Games set the standard for me as a Gameboy Store and I feel that every store should take note and provide a warm welcoming environment for everyone. If I could I’d rate them 10 stars! Love this place and the people!

Awesome experience there! The owners were extremely friendly!! Chatted up some old school mtg and grabbed some cards. The best part?? Extremely honest.....had a card worth more than what I wanted and they both told me this. I was still willing to make the deal because it’s a storefront, they pay rent. Not only did he give me the card I wanted he also said “let me grab a few more to make this even. Small things like that build lifelong customers. Will def return thanks again guys!!

Very helpful owner and staff member. Took the time to build me a deck and see if I liked it before I purchased it. Very clean with a friendly environment. Highly recommended to new or old players of MTG alike.

This is one expects when you think games and hobby shop. I drive an hour just to get my models and paints here. The guys are wonderful, the atmosphere is down to earth, prices are awesome and their selection is great. Go here. Spend your money, support them and make new friends.

This store has some of the best people working there. Don, Nick, Chris, and Nick couldn't possibly provide a friendlier environment to experience your favorite game. Don is also one of the first people in the tristate area to support Flesh and Blood TCG, if you're interested in the coolest new TCG 😉. Whether it's Magic, Pokemon, other tcgs, miniatures, dungeons and dragons, or just board games in general - Critical has you covered.

My favorite place to go for tabletop gaming supplies and to play some board games. Staff is friendly and they have created a nice community gathering of people with common interests and a safe space to play games. Always fun and would highly recommend.

First time visitor today. Got to play some Bolt action and the owner and staff were very outgoing and helpful. Nice selection of Bolt action, Star war miniatures and 40k. Had a blast there today!

This is the place to be for Magic the Gathering, D&D, board games, you name it. Staff is extremely friendly and prices are affordable. If you are looking for a great place for all your gaming needs, this is the place.

I’ve never shopped here but the owner Don heard I was trying to start a club of flesh and blood from another content creator on YouTube and he decided to send a giant box of the game overseas so us Soldiers can enjoy the game!! This speaks volumes about the type of person/store this is, If that doesn’t make you want to visit this store idk what will. What I do know is I’m making a point to stop by when I’m in the area

The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had a great casual conversation as I browsed. Super chill atmosphere. I wish it wasn't so far away, or I'd be there all the time!

A great games shop, has a great selection of games at reasonable prices. Tournaments are hosted almost every week for games, I.E magic the gathering. I had a fun time there playing.

Great place for all kinds of different table top games and to play as well. Helpful staff and patrons. I'm there at least once a week myself!
